Bads great about Fitbit! I'm a great fan. Doing 10,000 steps makes a big difference. Great habit to launch. Have a looks at Bounts app - get paid to exercise - you earn points every time on Fitbit towards vouchers for high street shops. It would appeal to the bargainista in you .

We're off to have the exhaust on my car replaced in townnearus this morning. We're waiting for it to be done so a spot of shopping is called for.

I'm going to see Tom in DBS tonight at a local cinema. Not quite the same as seeing him in the flesh, but better than nothing. Must be quite daunting for him really, knowing so many people are watching, although I suppose he could do it in his sleep by now.

DH is an utter star - the Biggest Spider in the World House hid in a pile of clothes in our bedroom after it escaped from my attempt to catch it (because it was too big to fit in the mug) and he caught it and put it out. phew! Otherwise we might have had to move house.

And now, because the weather is lovely and forecast to be not so lovely for the rest of the holidays.... I'm sitting indoors working while DS watches TV.

I had acupuncture for my migraines for the first time yesterday. It was kind of horrible but I feel great today!!!!

I started using the Fitbit last evening as I was interested in my sleep patterns and - as I suspected - my sleep is really poor
It's says in 8 hours I woke x 2 and was unsettled X 11 times!
