I am absolutely broken. Woke up with awful leg cramps about 5am and couldn't get back to sleep so I have been stretching on my yoga mat for about an hour but still feel like I've been run over. Did my open water swim which started off fun and then got really relentless and then did first attempt at cycling straight out the water. Not nice. Chafing. Intimate chafing!!!
