Apparently we had the ridiculously hot weather here today (soz LetUs and Apricot). My car said it was 39 degrees when I got in , and settled to 29 once it was moving and not melting in the car park any more.

comtess at triathlon. I am sooooooooooooooooooo horrifically unfit at the mo. I went through a spell of using the stepper everyday before summer hols, then went away for a long weekend and completely broke the habit. Have started again today. New policy - no reading unless on stepper or bike. (or in the bath)
