Our beautiful leather clad lovelies have hung up their pauldrons, wrapped their thighs around their wenches horses and rode hard for the border. There'll be no more snogging in cupboards, or noshing on the Queen...s awful cooking. But we're not sad...oh no, we can keep this nonsense going ad infinitum, and there's plenty to look forward to as the Swaggerers stagger on in post muskie oblivion.

So keep the Cardinals finger flowing, and help yourself to the complementary Hot Chilean Nuts.

Now....S1 Ep1 anyone??

I have been doing gardening stuff all afteroon, then stripped last night's chicken. Was going to do a tip run as well, but ran out of time. The excitement never starts stops. I hear we're doing quite well in paralympics though - jolly good. Grin

DS is currenlty in full 'cute and lovely' mode and is chopping wood in the garden. DH is supervising from a deck chair with a coffee and biscuit provided by DS (see what I mean about ;cute and lovely'?)

And aww... JessP has posted some Musketeer pics after Tart lamented the lack of the weekly 'which Musketeer is in this week's pic' lottery.

Wine for broken Elk and knackered Badders - DS woke me at 4am to let me know he'd had a little accident - fortunately just PJs were involved, so no need to strip sheets. And then he slept in until 7am, and then I went back to bed when DH emerged mid-morning, which meant I got another 2 hours back in bed snoozing. Star for DH Grin

Badders123 · 11/09/2016 16:39

I should iron really, but am still feeling bleurgh
Been feeling quite nauseous the past couple of days...prob pre blob crappiness 😖
Going to boots tomorrow to weep on the pharmacist and see if there is anything else I can take you would too if you could see the pharmacist....he bears a more than passing resemblance to AT!

LetUsPrey · 11/09/2016 17:43

Afternoon wenches.

Snogs and cwtches all round.

Another one with a shite night's sleep here resulting in me sleeping on the sofa from about 3am because I couldn't get back to sleep because DH sounded like a freight train with severe asthma and I couldn't wake him up I tried

Caught up with Versailles and have one episode left. Been visiting lovely MIL and then my lovely parents. About to do the ironing. Rocknroll.

Those gifs are rather amazing aren't they Fancy? I particularly like the lip licking ones and the one where he's undressing me you with his eyes.

Speaking of AT, pharmacist you say Badderz...? And which branch of Boots?

Badders123 · 11/09/2016 17:49

Hehehe 😀
Nice try, letus.
My little dirty secret!😇
I first saw him about 2 years ago as it's the boots in town that's open on weekends and late night - I had had to take mum to the ooh dr and she had a uti so I stopped there in the way home to get her prescription filled.
Well.
I am not exaggerating when I say I stood at the counter with my mouth open and actually stuttered when he spoke to me!😍
He is ridiculously handsome.
It's just silly.

JaneElk · 11/09/2016 18:17

I like the sound of that pharmacist badders

I also like the sound of an 'ooh dr', I think dr Athos falls into this category

Badders123 · 11/09/2016 18:34

He certainly does Elky Smile
Imagine lying on a chaise and having dr Athos listening to your heart which would necessitate getting naked obv

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 11/09/2016 18:35

Surely an 'ooh Dr' belongs in Carry On films? Or Up Pompeii? But I'll take Dr Athos instead Grin

Badders123 · 11/09/2016 18:40

Nah
That's "ooooh matron!" said with flared nostrils

Badders123 · 11/09/2016 18:41

I'll be his matron any day!
I could wear a short nurses uniform, black stockings, stilettos and a white frilly cap

LetUsPrey · 11/09/2016 18:45

Doctor Aramis

Now that picture has got my eyes and legs open

Badders123 · 11/09/2016 18:47

Letus...shall I book you on for a full medical?

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 11/09/2016 18:47

Well obvs gynacology would be their specialism Wink

LetUsPrey · 11/09/2016 19:14

I fully expect I will need and want an entire head to toe, extremely thorough going over

Badders123 · 11/09/2016 19:18

I am watching Midsomer Murders - an episode I have seen several times before, have never twigged til now that Peter Capaldi is the baddie. Or rather, that it's Peter Capaldi at all. Hope Liv isn't going to turn up and shout at me Grin

Have made cheese bread, and tomato tart today. I need to take the rubbish out, but cba. Can't leave it in the hall as the cat from downstairs will shred the bag

LetUsPrey · 11/09/2016 20:59

Is that what you told him Elk? Grin

I've seen PC in an ep of Poirot but don't remember the MM one. I've no doubt I've seen it at some point though.

I'll try M&S Fancy, thanks, although I've found their t shirts to be a bit on the short side and no one needs to see me flashing my tummy.

Doesn't look like we'll be watching Poldark tonight. By the time DH has stopped pissing about putting DS2 to bed ("we're having fun"), it'll be too late to start watching because DS1 will claim he wants to watch it too and then he'll be too late to bed once it's finished. FFS. DH told DS2 8.30 which I think is a bit late anyway but by the time he actually bothered to take him upstairs it was more like 8.45 and then it was "time to have fun". If DH is in, I don't get a look in to do bedtime.

Ow my foot. I need Doctor Aramis to kiss it better.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 11/09/2016 21:24

Hmm Let's appears to have feet everywhere tonight Wink Aramis will be v. busy kissing her foot better.

I have had a bath with a Lush Floating Island. oooh. I recommend this for nights when you have shipped DCs off elsewhere (or they are at least asleep) and you have designs on your Significant Other Grin Of course, being one of their oily bath melt things you will need to wash all the bedding the next day - but ho hum. I'll take the hit on the laundry.

Partway through Poldark

Comtess · 11/09/2016 22:09

Hello wenchi

Sorry for awolness. A plague has been cast upon the house and all boys have had an awful virus and been struck down with it. Dreadful high temperatures which wouldn't come down. So very rarely are they poorly so it's been really hard work! We have put it down to 'foreign germs' Grin.

Looking forward to watching Poldark with my neighbour tonight.

Sooooooo excited about TB as Strike. Cannot wait!!!! Hope people will be hanging around London shoot locations to get snaps!!! I'm relying on you all.

Comtess · 11/09/2016 22:10

I had a Lush bath bomb once in a Jacuzzi at a hotel in Niagara Falls. Blue sparkliness everywhere which foamed out of control and all over the floor. Bad. But funny.

FancyFancy · 11/09/2016 22:13

Evening, am saving Poldark for when the cycling has finished so I can properly appreciate him it. YY to the undressing with the eyes gif. And 'the glance'. And kissing the back of Demelza's neck I think I need Dr Aramis

I'm not sure letus is indicating she needs her foot to be kissed in that pic helen Grin

FancyFancy · 11/09/2016 22:17

Sad hope they're on the mend now comtess?

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 11/09/2016 22:23

Comtess! Oh dear - hope they're getting better and that you ab=void the lurgy.

Glitter bath bombs - urgh! No, I did once and never again - was hoovering glitter up from carpet and washing it out of towels for months afterwards.

Yay for more medals, btw.
