Our beautiful leather clad lovelies have hung up their pauldrons, wrapped their thighs around their wenches horses and rode hard for the border. There'll be no more snogging in cupboards, or noshing on the Queen...s awful cooking. But we're not sad...oh no, we can keep this nonsense going ad infinitum, and there's plenty to look forward to as the Swaggerers stagger on in post muskie oblivion.

So keep the Cardinals finger flowing, and help yourself to the complementary Hot Chilean Nuts.

Now....S1 Ep1 anyone??

Apricot - yes, and I think Madame is right about gaping plot holes. We'll just have to dissect ignore them and take the piss line of 'move along, nothing to see here', etc Grin

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 10/09/2016 20:51

We're watching Last Leg and catching up on paralympic news Grin

LetUsPrey · 10/09/2016 20:53

I'm at the empty end of a rather large Pimms.

LetUsPrey · 10/09/2016 20:54

I'm watching Gumball - the episode in the supermarket where the kids are trying to get chocolate and Nicole totally flips. It's my favourite Grin

MadamedeChevreuse · 10/09/2016 20:57

tbh of the three I thought 1 hung together the best

As I was saying LetUs - I know the one you mean. The Origins episode where consecutive goldfish die and get flushed makes me laugh too.

LetUsPrey · 10/09/2016 21:26

I was well confused then Grin

DH wants to watch Spectre (Bond film). if he ever stops pissing about upstairs putting DS2 to bed It's downloading. I'd rather be browsing Pinterest alone.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 10/09/2016 21:36

You would not LetUs - you would rather be 'browsing Pinterest' with Aramis Wink Grin

I have also recalled the plot of Cormorant 2 (having had a quick nosey at the title)

LetUsPrey · 10/09/2016 21:41

If I was with Aramis, I wouldn't need Pinterest Grin

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 10/09/2016 21:54

Hence the euphamism Wink

SPLASH!!! Boo Sad no medal for Ellie this time

LetUsPrey · 10/09/2016 22:05

We are now watching The Young Ones. DS1 has never seen it before. It's the University Challenge episode Grin

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 10/09/2016 22:08

(Hurrah - gold and silver!)

Love the University Challenge episode. (one of the few I actually remember if I'm honest)

MLGs · 10/09/2016 22:27

Nearly bought an Xmas present myself badders but then thought better of it. Grin

I celebrate everything going if I know when it is so Halloween it is. Dd's b day is the day before so it sort of party of her celebration here, and fireworks night is part of mine!

MadamedeChevreuse · 10/09/2016 22:31

Grin helen

Totally classic episode letus Grin

I love emma thompson and the others from oxbridge college in that one. And the moment when vyv blows them up.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 10/09/2016 22:32

Goooooooooooooollllllllllldddddd (again)

We've got Mock the Week on, and they're doing 'lines you wouldn't hear in a detective show'

LetUsPrey · 10/09/2016 22:33

That sounds fab MoreLike, having fireworks on your birthday!

Watching Last Night of the Proms -s'bloody marvellous. They're showing the crowds in Belfast and Hyde Park. Flipping loads of people (not keen on that bit)

LetUsPrey · 10/09/2016 22:38

"I've got a Porsche"
"S'not an automatic"

what can I use instead of a baton?

MLGs · 10/09/2016 23:28

My b'day is the 3rd, but, you know, close enough! Grin

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 10/09/2016 23:47

LetUs I'm sure Aramis could provide a substitute for a baton? [innocent smile]

Night all.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 11/09/2016 08:52

Morning!

JaneElk · 11/09/2016 10:27

Mornin'

It's the badger head thing that puts me off too badders, I hadn't even thought about whether the bleach would work or not, I just assumed it stripped everything. I have heard it can take several goes to get it light enough too, so it would be about 3 months of hair the colour of nicotine stained fingers Hmm

Both small elks practically on top of me since half 3, I swear they have some sort of symbiotic consciousness as they appeared witching 30secs of each other, then proceeded to bicker until mrElk stomped off to the sofa in a huff and left me with my arms pinned at a bloody uncomfortable angle. I've woken up broken this morning!

Still, lots to do. Thought I'd shift some sofas around today - yay Hmm

I've bought some spray in to up up stuff the hairdresser recommend - it washes out apparently so hopefully badger head can be avoided 😀
Good luck with the sofa moving 👍🏻
Jesus, I had a bad night too! No idea why. Just tossed and turned ALL night.
Ugh.
Dh and ds1 out all day
Ds2 staying home and "helping" me 🙄😁
I've done a bit of housework and lots of washing on line as its lovely and sunny here today.
Ive even stripped the beds.
I will have a bath later....I'm knackered!

FancyFancy · 11/09/2016 15:47

Afternoon, am back home & catching up on cycling & Paralympics. And washing

OMFG letus, those AT gifs . M&S had some basic slightly fitted T shirts, not sure if they'd be long enough for you though?
