I took Xmas decs down before we left - couldn't face coming back to that carnage.

Just taken down the trees as bloody council collecting from tomorrow but other decs still up (only went up on 18th so seems early to take them down). Haven't down much of the list of stuff pencilled in for the holidays but the library aka dumping room, has had it's annual sort out.

Would be looking forward to W&P but spousal negotiations mean I am recording it and we'll be watching Endeavour instead.

Right, off to make fish pie for dinner and dunk DC in the bath.

I think it's bbc 2 now. I am doing a course on Beowulf in Feb so hoping for a head start.

comtess - wasn't that keen on Jonas, especially after the shag, so am desperately hoping for some new talent next series. Think JN was also in Lady Chatterley as the husband.

Badderz Beowulf, ITV 7-8pm, Sundays for the next 8 weeks. Ds1 is extraordinarily excited about it.
