Christmas was lovely, DC happy and I was happy. I had a moment of madness and cooked three curries so haven't had to cook for days. Off to spend some book vouchers in one of my favourite bookshops on Thurs and DH and DS2 are off to see Star Wars. Might see if I can convince DH to take us to museum by the river on Friday as it's a nightmare by public transport.

Desperately need to get back to work now or the trip I already have booked for ds2's birthday in Jan is going to need to be cancelled. Eek. My dads 60th next week too and I am hosting so need to think about some food.

glad to hear Christmas was good anne - ATTWT certainly rounded things off nicely too!

I'm currently making stock with the turkey carcase and will then make soup using the rest of the ham - eating soup always makes me smile & think of wenches.

Watched all 3 episodes of ATTWN in one go. Excellent! Aiden Turner fans really should get the Desperate Romantics DVD if they haven't seen it. I've watched it again recently, it was made for wenches.
