Thank God it's all over for another year. I've got nothing to do today, and that's exactly what I'm going to do! DH's back is much better, thanks for the concern. Unfortunately, I've now done something to mine.

Watched Dickensian from last night, enjoyed it. Recorded the AT one to watch tonight.

As per bleeding usual I have forgotten to record anything & I wanted to see the AT thing and Dickensian. I now have to enlist a teen's help (when they get up) to sort this for me.

I absolutely cannot do any more sales shopping & the house is all straight again which means only one thing. I've got to sort my CV. Oh God, no. I think it might be time for the annual family jigsaw when I've got round to showering

I have the day at home today so am planning on re-watching the second half of the latest Doctor Who series plus the Christmas Special and catching up on my knitting!

I would suggest the Cardinal as the villain, for obvious reasons, but actually Rochefort might be better cast in the role - he already does 'panto villain' in the show

Sitting in localshoppingcentre to escape the mad sardine house. Massive row this morning between dear niece and dear nephew. There was a no-one-person-to-blame fight over flippin playstation or something this morning which turned into physical kicks and punches, then both of them in floods of tears. Nephew is 14. Niece is 21!!!!!!

Of course everyone sided with niece and said stuff to nephew like "Stop crying. Youre not really hurt. You must never hit a girl like that" as she is everyone's princess and can do no wrong, and he is a boy.

Oh, and did I mention, he is 14, and she is TWENTY ONE????

Havent seen the agatha christie thing, is it any good? Tbh the only other thing on tv Im really arsed about watching this xmas is Sherlock...
