Who are the newbies?

I've only been on mn for a few months - August I think it was. Who else is a newbie? It's hard to tell from posts who is new and who is 'old'! Also, do any other newbies find

1 you can kill a thread stone dead with one flash of your nickname?

2 your threads fall off the active convos at an alarming rate

3 you spend ages thinking of something incredibly witty to say and no-one notices?

only joking really, love mn, am an addict!

How about you tell me what the feck a 'Fly lady' is?!

And why are people so sensitive about what people say about them on MN? Surely the whole point is that it's all anonymous so you can be totally honest and stir things up a bit? That's what makes it interesting!

Yeah, okay, AITCH, I can see where you're coming from, and perhaps it was tasteless at the time, but was completely unintentional, I've apologised, and despite being around for a month or so, I'm not on MN all the time, so missed the thread about upsetting titles etc. I don't want to keep reigniting it, but, like we all do, look in, and see things that have been said since, and feel that I have to comment. I did feel attacked, it's true, but look, as you've said, it's sooo over now. Yes, let's all forget it, believe it or not, I'm more than happy to do so.

I've been on less than a year. The bar is a nice place to be - lulu, fattym & 2shoes drink there A LOT! It's very inclusiv and friendly.

I don't think my name kills threads. I don't start that many threads and I do often trawl through the 'unanswered' threads to see if anyone needs help.

Thought belgo & noonar had been here for ages!!
