FFS DS2 has just come into the room eating some jelly beans. The ones I hid on the top shelf of the wall cupboard. He'd got himself on to the kitchen worktop and found them. He's 8. I don't want to still be having to follow him round the house, or take him upstairs with me if I need to do stuff up there.

Btw - the way queenie walks down the stairs at the end of s 2 episode 10 is quite impressive - head up, don't look at your feet, not holding on. I have been practising it (to look all confident like queenie at her best) and it's not easy!

Going back to the conversation about books we had last week, I have now read The Handmaid's Tale on kindle and thought it was amazing. Was a bit freaked out by the bit where she says they blamed the attack on congress on Islamic extremists when the book goes back to 1985!
