Norah at the mo I'm finishing off the 6 weeks of ready meals I got on a Groupon deal (they provided my choice of 12 x dinners & 12 x soups, they are all vile) then on the other 5 days a week I eat completely normally. As from next week I'll be coming up with my own, there's lots of recipes on MN or just google. Aim for lots of protein to keep you fuller. It does affect your energy levels though, be warned. My running is on its knees right now. BUT it def works for me- I can stay in the zone when I know I can eat normally the next day. Unlike other diets, which are relentless.My aim was 7lbs off before Florida, I have 3 weeks to go.
