That's the right costume MrsB thanks!! Not the picture I was after but I know where to search now. Grin

Lovely Porthos and Aramis picture!!

LiviaDrusillaAugusta · 24/06/2015 13:28

Yes to what Lyndie said about the recruitment procedure Grin Obviously bribes in the form of sexy pics are totally acceptable although they may not sway our decision Grin

LiviaDrusillaAugusta · 24/06/2015 13:33

I'm off into town to buy a new handbag if I can find one big enough to carry all the essentials - phone, iPad, chargers etc Grin

MadamedeChevreuse · 24/06/2015 13:38

Ok, so I may have been wrong about there not being any new recruits from twitter...

Hi wenches , I'm back from the hospital. All went well I think, sore and feeling a bit sick and dizzy so could you send Dog for some strokery sorcery please Shock.

LiviaDrusillaAugusta · 24/06/2015 14:08

Passes Dog over to Flopsy - I would give you a hug lovely but I've just been in the dungeon Blush Have him for as long as you need, just send him back in one piece Grin

FolknNorah · 24/06/2015 14:12
Shock Shock

No florah you are not going to be getting any feathery strokery shit. Shock
I can only ^imagine* how you'll feel later when you read that back. Mortified I expect.
Now. We can do gentle, but NOT feathery strokery. 'K?

The very idea.....

IssyStark · 24/06/2015 14:31

Have just caught up with the thread. Cripes and lawks a mercy! JP did the wenchi a pic! (sorry very behind as you can see)

Oh and Wellers, if you are still around, at 10mths most definitely can drink the vino and breastfeed. Best time is when they've just fed and dropped off for a sleep in the evening as alcohol goes into your breastmilk at the same rate as into your blood and disappears at the same rate as well. So as long as you aren't necking it, and have a long-ish gap between feeds (at least 1 hour per unit drunk), you and baby will be fine as there shouldn't be any alcohol left in your milk.

Enormouse · 24/06/2015 14:32

feathery stroking, perish the thought. You look after yourself.

Hey issy, that sounds like it'll be both lovely and painful. I'm sure DrIssy will make you some restorative cocktails for after the event.

WickedWenchOfTheNorth · 24/06/2015 14:33

I'm so fed up with my f-ing job! Bloody IT shit all the time, I think my hair is starting to fall off because of the stress! Been bawling my eyes out today, I'm so tired! I need chocolate cake! And Athos!!!!

Enormouse · 24/06/2015 14:40

Oh ww.

How long till your holiday? You hang in there. I'm sending Athos in leather trousers with dammsugare - both the appliance and the confectionery/baked good. Is that ok with the Athos wenches? I know I don't have athos dispensation.

WickedWenchOfTheNorth · 24/06/2015 14:48

That cheered me up Mouse Grin

MrsEvadneCake · 24/06/2015 15:20

Liv have fun handbag shopping.

flops Flowers lots to drink and rest. Make a dog pillow.

I fell asleep. For hours. I never do that in the day. Was woken up by school ringing to see if I'll be well enough to be back in tomorrow. I think I sounded like a loon!!! Confused

FancyFancy · 24/06/2015 16:04

Afternoon.

In that new pic, Aramis is gloriously FAF sparks you're right. I'm so glad they haven't arsed around with his facial hair!

flopsy, shall I ask for that post to be deleted for you? You'll only look back on in and cringe otherwise. Glad you're back & hope you're feeling better soon. Here's a little distraction.

Blush DS arrived home & distracted me. Cake for ww

LiviaDrusillaAugusta · 24/06/2015 16:06

I bought a HUGE handbag and in record time - and it was only £20! I can now keep all my essentials in it although I probably won't be able to carry it

LiviaDrusillaAugusta · 24/06/2015 16:08

Mouse Don't worry about Athos dispensation - you know they don't mind him being passed around Grin

FancyFancy · 24/06/2015 16:20

That's good livia, dare I ask what your 'essentials' are? Shock

MrsEvadneCake · 24/06/2015 16:23

I love handbags, how they look and I admire them a lot odd I know but I'm rubbish. I only have keys and phone and purse in there and end up putting things in my pockets!

chaiselounger · 24/06/2015 16:26

Glad flops is home safe.
Has Liv found a nice handbag yet?

FancyFancy · 24/06/2015 16:29

I'm the opposite minty, carrying stuff around annoys me & if I can get away with just using my pockets, I do Blush. It has been known for me to completely forget I have my handbag with me & leave it behind.

MrsEvadneCake · 24/06/2015 16:35

I've left my handbag lots too Fancy!
Blush DH carries things for me sometimes.

FancyFancy · 24/06/2015 16:41

Oh thank god it's not just me Grin.

I'd like to pretend that it's because I have more important things on my mind than my accessories. But the reality is more like

I'm with fancy. Whilst I like looking at handbags if I can get away with not carrying one I will.

And my family seem to assume I'm some sort of packhorse if I've got one with me. I end up carrying Mr Ms phone, wallet, kindle, random crap the kids want to take out with them.
