Let me think. My handbag usually contains the following: purse, keys, phone, kindle, tissues, mirror, tampons, mascara and handcream, paracetamol, small foldy up bag for shopping, nappies and wipes, micro usb charger.

And if Mr M has his way his kindle, wallet and phone.

And if the boys have their way, snacks and drinks, books, batmobile, toy cars, minions, more snacks, colouring books and pencils.

I think I'm prepared for most things short of an outbreak of ebola.

I also get asked to carry bloody everything for DH and the DC. So my handbags now are either small (purse, keys, phone type) or mahoosive. Or I do small with a book bag type. Up here we have to pay for carrier bags so you usually end up with something extra anyway so it might as well be nice.

We have an independent place that sells cheap bags. The bags are actually pretty good quality - mine has lasted a year of constant use, overfilling etc!

I like that! if I have a bag it usually can be carried messenger style so I can't lose it so easily!!

Nice bag Liv. My DH is the same. He always wants me to have his wallet, phone, keys and glasses, particularly when we're going out and I only have a small clutch.
