fancy i'll check out the hemp milk. Rice and oat milks too carby. Soya can impact on hormones so almond it is. DD drinks almond and goat's. I'm not sure if other milk-milk such as sheep, goats or buffalo would be good. The problem is they're smelly. And pricey.

mrsb I do like your red bush roiboos but milky . I also drink tea with lemon, which is fine at times but it's not the same.
