I stopped drinking milk/ cream today. Now happy about it but it became clear to me after years of suspecting it and blisfully ignoring that I have milk intolerance. Constantnbloating wasnthe main thing. I think it was the right decision because today - flat stomach.

But the coffee and tea are just not nice with almond milk. It curdles in coffee thank fuck cheese doesn't invoke such reaction so I'm not ditching it

Well I just googled milk alternatives as I know nothing much about them (hemp milk, who knew?) & found out that rice milk isn't recommended for the under 5's due to the arsenic (WTF?) levels.
