Oh that's not good drink. I found the water retention got worse the longer I was on the pill, although I don't know whether that was the pill, or just underlying hormonal changes. I annoyed me so much as the pill is often promoted as helping to reduce all those sorts of symptoms.

They're sneaky fuckers aren't they badders? Mine have never been too bad & have always been pretty predictable, but now they seem to have a more lax attitude to timekeeping & put in variable effort. Some months, bang on time, others a few days out. Some months excruciatingly sore breasts, others fine. And the pre-menstrual headaches sometimes arrive mid-period . My consolation (and I'm clinging to it) is that the periods themselves seem to be marginally lighter.

Shit, that will probably bring on the mother of all periods next time, won't it?

Mine are mercifully shorter (3 days now and light after the first day) but the hell week beforehand is no fun.
