well, yes, norah some people were working somewhere with snails and discovered their hands looked very young. it's really interesting and on their website there's a little video explaining. I got a voucher from holland and barretts last time I was there and I bought this half price! otherwise it's a bit on the pricier side - £20.

Agree drink. I find dealing with that sort of thing when I'm pre-menstrual to be a most productive use of hormones. Maybe there's an undercurrent of menace, or middle-aged middle class batshit in my voice, but people seem less inclined to argue with me. I fucking rock at Countdown when I'm pre-menstrual too.
