You may ww!

AnneOfAramis · 17/05/2015 21:11

Those Aussie ads have a male and female version. At least they did both I suppose. It doesn't make me want to buy their breakfast in a bottle though, quite the opposite.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 17/05/2015 21:17

God but you lots have been prolific today. See when I said I'd skimmed the thread? What that actually meant was that I came in via the 'threads I'm on' page and saw that Norah was asking where I was.

Now I've logged on again and I seem to be miles behind (just like the good old days - living up to my name ands all - I'm still at Badders cpmplaining that herMum thinks she starevs the DCs or somesuch.....

Will try to catch up and then post properly..... but have had a nice family day and did gardening stuff and playing-in-the-garden stuff.

Evening, have hit the wine as am mightily fucked off. My long weekend off (thurs-sun childfree) coinciding with a Meatball related activity, looks like I will not be childfree at all, and will have an ex in the house to boot. Ok, so he looks after the kids so I still get to go out, but that probably won't mean keeping the place tidy & cleaning up which is a fucking breeze when it's just me. Quite apart from the whole peace & quiet lying in bed all morning reading aspect. And if I wanted to live with him I might y'know, still be living with him Angry
Ranty McfuckingRant Angry
Anyone got someone they need beating up? Please? Angry

MavisGrind · 17/05/2015 21:22

I did Madame I did.... ds is quite keen to take it up and I'd quite like to too so we shall see if anything comes of it.

Good luck with the exam tomorrow Anne - you'll be marvellous!

FancyFancy · 17/05/2015 21:22

Cross post anne. The way I'm feeling, he might be a little worse for wear by tomorrow Grin

Thank you for the offer, it is very welcome. Good luck for tomorrow, I'm sure you will be fantastic.

Baddz · 17/05/2015 21:33

You can come over and smack dh for me if you like?

LetUsPrey · 17/05/2015 21:34

Thanks Badderz Sad

Have RBNRM

Fancy - you can have a go at manufacturers of clothing for teen boys. Apparently, and many wenches will be familiar with this already, 12 year old or occasionally 14 year old boys don't need to have a selection of shops to buy clothes. Just one or two. Grrrrrrrr.

FolknNorah · 17/05/2015 21:35

oooh anne good luck wench. aww poor fancy how disappointing.

YAY I see Helen is around. I'd love to try archery mave. I'd like to pretend I was brave. Or an elf. Grin

FancyFancy · 17/05/2015 21:40

Like that video madame & glad your migraine seems to be going.

Am Envy at you doing archery mavis - did it once at Centreparcs & really enjoyed it

WickedWenchOfTheNorth · 17/05/2015 21:41

Fancy Wine

WickedWenchOfTheNorth · 17/05/2015 21:53

Watching a documentary about the superrich in Britain, about the property market etc. Wow.

FancyFancy · 17/05/2015 21:55

Thank you everyone.

badders it would be my pleasure. Honestly, you'll be doing me a favour Grin.

Excellent idea letus, I am very familiar with that problem. DS is a very-nearly 6 foot stick insect, he's a nightmare to clothe.

LaComtess · 17/05/2015 21:55

Sorry Anne Grin I've never been good with timetables and such. But you've been pretty fucking gracious there. I wish you lots and lots of luck for tomorrow and equally just to have a fair opportunity of showing how good you are and how hard you've worked. big parp

Mavis sounds excellent. I've also had a go in the past at Centreparcs and enjoyed it. Nice Mum and Son activity to do together.

Fancy sounds highly annoying and frustrating. Grrrrrr. Try and soothe with Santi.

letUs agree hugely ref clothes. Did an online order for mine for hols next week and most stuff wanted out of stock. Wankers.

Madame

LaComtess · 17/05/2015 21:57

I'm off on hols on Friday

Sorry.

FancyFancy · 17/05/2015 22:01

No need to apologise comtess!

Will anyone be around for Eurovision next weekend?

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 17/05/2015 22:03

I now have wenching/thread overload and can't remember much, but:

  1. Badders Sad
  2. ermmm. Oh yes - snuggery snug - fab. Been there, read that.
  3. er. Yes. Or no. Delete as approrpiate. I can't remember.
  4. Lego - yes I'm a mug. But while we were out we got new school shoes because DS had scuffed through the soles on his shoes, and we did the grocery shop, so it wasn't just lego. (That was just the impetus to get DS dressed and out once I'd emerged from my impromptu hibernation.)
  5. Twitter - what? You think I've even had a chance to look there yet? Hmm Presume it's just lots of speculation anyway. (Had no idea there was a speculation embargo on thread either though.)]
  6. er. Wine and Cake and Flowers for all wenches in need....
OP posts:
SparklesRedHotChileLeather · 17/05/2015 22:07

No, it's not speculation. It's errr....pretty obvious.

LaComtess · 17/05/2015 22:09

Hey Helen sounds like a nice productive day.

LetUsPrey · 17/05/2015 22:09

Norah - I also fancy myself as an archery-talented elf Grin

Bonkers isn't it Wicked?

You may gather that today's shopping trip with DS1 to biggishtownwithlotsofshops was not a success.

All the wenchy luck for tomorrow Anne.

FancyFancy · 17/05/2015 22:10

Cunning work there helen, well done Grin

Ooh, which twitter accounts should I be looking at sparks?

FancyFancy · 17/05/2015 22:12

Sympathies letus. I used to find H&M good when DS was younger as their clothes were ok for skinnies, but now DS needs adults' clothes for the height & everything swamps him - he has no arse Grin

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 17/05/2015 22:17

Oh yes. GOOD LUCK!!!! to Anne

BloodyElkFire · 17/05/2015 22:18

Evening Wenchypeeps. Hope everyone's well and dandy.

I'm a bit behind.....there was only one page on this thread when I last had Wifi! So forgive me if I don't RTFT. Just hope I haven't missed anything desperately essential like key members of the cast being very pregnant or anything

Anyway, I'm bloody knackered, I think BabyElk has the pox....she's spotty and in a right grump. Joy. So I'm off to catch some early zzzzzzzs

MadamedeChevreuse · 17/05/2015 22:23

The best ad campaign in the world would not make me want to buy that breakfast in a bottle shit. I presume it's the same as liquid weetabix. What were they thinking? Whenever I see that ad it makes me want to barf.

for letus and Flowers for fancy re your twatbadger.

Oooh eurovision! fancy last year we did eurovisionwatch on the thread and it was carnage totes hilaire.
