xpost fancy Grin

Ah well, fuck them. Twitter is mostly stupid.

FancyFancy · 26/04/2015 23:21

I does draw attention to the crotch area rather nicely doesn't it madame?Grin

SparklesRedHotChileLeather · 26/04/2015 23:22

Funnily enough, that green coat is his own & is the one thing I've seen him pictured in in RL that I didn't like on him. He was with Luca & Howie coming out of GMTV or something & it just looked miles too big on him. Which just goes to show how much better a stylist can make you look Grin And they must've given him the coat after the photoshoot too Grin

FancyFancy · 26/04/2015 23:26

Just seen the pic that carolina posted with wench captions Grin. Seriously, someone took exception to that?

SparklesRedHotChileLeather · 26/04/2015 23:30

I'm snorting now Grin

I've just realised he's wearing his old grey cardi under the hot jacket

Oh Santi, I love you Grin

SparklesRedHotChileLeather · 26/04/2015 23:31

ACTUALLY - maybe he was given that as well as the green coat?

Is his entire wardrobe made up of photoshoot freebies? Shock

FancyFancy · 26/04/2015 23:36

I hadn't spotted the cardi - that just makes it even better Grin

Carolina2015 · 26/04/2015 23:46

Elk my lovely. I think the FAFNESS is affecting your brain. I did three posts on twitter with four pics each which you have seen. I posted them again on fb which you have also seen. I posted six in here - last thread I believe - then ran out of pics allowance. Someone needs to post the remainng six here or TB will be outnumbered by SC pics !!!

BloodyElkFire · 26/04/2015 23:48

I think you're right Carolina

Carolina2015 · 26/04/2015 23:50

You'll dream in purple now!

MadamedeChevreuse · 27/04/2015 00:30

My phone ran out of battery.

Bahahahahaha grey cardi! (Bless)

ChaiseLounger · 27/04/2015 07:12

Morning.
Loving the Santiago and TB FAF photos contest.

Can't believe the Fenches objection to picture. And to call us morons is s bit below the belt.

Loved last nights Poldark. Had s small tear. Vile George. Didn't know about rape storyline - gas to be George surely, can't believe they'd do that to Ross - wouldn't sit right with the way that this adaptation had chosen to play him.

Off to work. Must get YE analysis finished and off to the Accountant today.

Lyndie · 27/04/2015 07:32

Morning all. Strung out after Poldark. Layers.

LetUsPrey · 27/04/2015 08:02

Morning wenches. Poldark was very Sad and I did have a little cry. Can't wait for the next series.

No picture allowance back yet.

It's lovely and sunny here but I have a case of CBAitis. Better get a move on though.

Laterz wenches.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 27/04/2015 08:12

Morning all. DS is off to MondayMorningSportingActivity

I can't work out which parts of the twitter chaos are about the picture captions, and which are the reactions to the OpSmile award thingy that they've got upset about. Well - some is obvious, but it all seems a bit mixed up and I can't be bothered to work out because I really don't care

The chickens, having been fenced in, are rampaging round the garden as usual Hmm

Morning, beautiful and sunny here again which is good as all the beds need changing - so a day of washing & cleaning is planned. I can barely contain my excitement.

I have no chance of untangling twitter conversations - I'm useless at it Grin. What was the Op Smile bunfight about? Or is it too difficult for this moron to understand? Wink

MadamedeChevreuse · 27/04/2015 09:05

fancy Im not sure but I think its something like this -

Some burke fans called the burketeers raised a load of cash for a charity that tom burke supports. They did this because they felt keenly affected by the charity's cause, naturally.

But now some other burke fans are annoyed with them cos they are getting thank-you messages from tom etc and are being a teensy bit smug, in their view.

I think?

I dont think the moron thing is connected to this but I could be wrong Grin

FancyFancy · 27/04/2015 09:14

Thanks madame, that makes sense. I did guess the moron thing was more about the pic/tone of things in here - but it is quite funny to be called names when we're rather more civilised in here than most places on the internet Grin Ok, so the filth levels are high & the language is er, ripe, but there is so much more commonsense & respect here in the way people interact than elsewhere.

Right off to strip those beds.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 27/04/2015 09:23

I think the 'moron' thing was to do with the captioned pictures of the read-through (the pic that JessP posted with TB looking highly pissed off and the other two).

Some of them were tweeted and weren't appreciated by the more delicate members of twitter.

There may have been some sweary/smutty comments involved. Grin

Also

MN ATE MY POST!!!
His Faffness has vanished from my opening post. I'm obviously suffering from the same 'Disappearing TB syndrome' that Elk had in the previous thread.
And I don't have my picture allowance back yet

Cr@p - how did it get to be 9:15?!

OP posts:
IssyStark · 27/04/2015 09:43

Marking place.

And putting this back up for those wenches without pic allowance Smile

Swagger Inn: Thread 93 - Carry on wenching, Musketeers ahoy!
IssyStark · 27/04/2015 09:57

Btw, re Poldark and the rape storyline, chaise sorry to say it has to be Ross. It can't be George as that then would completely remove a long term source of tension over the remaining novels which drives several of the storylines.

I don't think that Ross's declaration that Demelza is the love of his life means that he doesn't still have feelings for Elizabeth and [spoiler alert] when it seems that he might be loosing her to his great rival, he would want to persuade her to change her course of action. I can see them treating it as a passionate argument between two ex-lovers which becomes more passion and less argument rather than rape as an instrument of power (which is more what it is like in the book) as that would loose Ross a huge amount of sympathy.

IssyStark · 27/04/2015 09:57

And can I just say of those Tom pics: freckles!!!!! God I love freckles Grin

ApricotCrush · 27/04/2015 10:01

Morning wenches.

Watched Poldark last night [snirf] and missed all the FAFness pictures. I can't remember which ones were posted on the last thread, but they need to be on here anyway.

Have DGS1 today so have had no time to catch up. [wails]

And two more, that's all I have left. We have to find these without the watermark, it ruins them.

MiladyBeaWinter · 27/04/2015 10:08

Morning. I'd just like to point out that purple is my favourite colour .

Yes I agree with Issy. Ross and Elizabeth have to have intercourse, for reasons of future plot. I suspect they will make it consensual rather than rape. Shock.

Anyone else watching and thinking that even though George is an utter cunt, all he really wants deep down is for Ross to be his friend? Jealousy is a horrible thing eh.

Comtess' point about the fringe, OMC yes. I could gaze at him for hours. Maybe I will Grin.
