The cat nurse called to say that I could collect Sigrid and told me that they had to shave off some of Sigrid's fur that was tangled and that I should keep in mind to brush her better in the future. She said it in a way that made me feel like the worst cat mom ever

But the vet didn't think it was such a big deal when I collected Sigrid. I like the vet!
