Oh and I liked S2. A lot. Piñon, 9&10, the zip slide, window crashing.....lots of good bits. It could have been better if it had the fun in it, but still good. Here's hoping S3 takes the best of both series and combines them. And please lord let the baddy be a HBF without moobs.

Sorry haven't read thread...
Ended up in a and e last night with ds2 after he had another episode and sort of collapsed.
They kept him in and we are just home.
Dr first thought appendicitis but surgical team said no.
Ironically the on call Dr was the paed who discharged him last month! :)
Anyway, upshot is Dr thinks it's abdominal migraine :(
Migraines do run in my family sadly.
So, got to keep him dosed up on painkillers, and monitor him. Can go back to see Dr in clinic if needs be. Also going to have an ultrasound at some point. Staff lovely as always.
I'm just so bloody fed up and tired. Why him? Poor little thing.
Sorry - pity party time after 1 hours sleep.

Oh Badders poor little mite, and poor you as well. I've never even heard of abdominal migraines - they sound horrible.
Have some with extra caffeine, and a big bar of chocolate for you both to share

But this Dr sees them very often in clinic apparently.

I have googled it (I know, I know!) and actually he is a text book case so tbh I am surprised they suspected appendicitis.
Anyway, can't fault the care. Bloods ok, luckily Ds was snoring his head off and didn't even wake up when they took his bloods!
We have both had a shower, and are sitting on the sofa now. I am about to have a coffee!
DS had a good night really - me not so much! Very busy ward.
My kids seem to get weird stuff wrong with them :( can't help feeling it's my fault somehow :(

PS - I've got one load of washing on the line and am washing the cat bed at the moment...

Oh Bads that's horrid. Must have been scary. So pleased they have finally worked out what it is. Iirc 10% get migraines so of course it's not your fault. Poor Mini Bads for him too.

Cat bed is so big and bulky that it's filled the entire washing machine and come out damp but not remotely clean :(

Poor you and minibads badders, although it must be a bit of a relief to find out what's going on. I really hope that now the drs can work out a way of helping.
