Aillidh Christine Kinnaird died of complications from treatment for acute myeloid leukaemia at around 11.30 on 8 July 2012. She was surrounded by family and friends and most of all, love.

RIP Aillidh. Words cannot describe how brave you've been but you are at peace now- the pain is over.

Expat, you have been brave and my heart is thinking of you, your DH, family and friends at this sad time.

The power of mumsnet, this little girl has touched the heart of literally thousands worldwide and will be sorely missed.
