hope everyone is ok? DP is working till 4 and reecey is having a nap so its nice and quiet here. Until 5 then are friends are coming round they havent seen reece for over a month so Im sure he will show them everything he can do now LOL :) bless him

izzy - checked both junior & baby magazines. ds's pics aren't there !
the kids on the junior magz. are much older & the babies on the baby magz. once are much younger.

also, when ds did the photoshoots with junior, the backgroud was black.

what do you reckon?

Morning all! Tiger My dd did a shoot in may and it didn`t appear in junior preg and baby magazine till september ! Looks as if they sometimes fashion shoot spreads well in advance. Maybe your agency can find out when pic will appear.HTHx

Hi everyone just got back from EB - what a nice friendly agency. They were so lush and so relaxed.
They have took Reece on and said they dont have a mass of baby work but things do come in so hopefully something may come up soon. So we're def going with them and Im gonna call IK to book appointment :) so all in all the interviews went ok and for now Im more than happy with the agencies we are choosing to go with.

Tink....glad it went well - and at least all of the agencies you have chosen are not sole rep so you can stay with BK and IK! Fingers crossed he will be working in no time!

Hope you don't mind me joining in this thread, but can someone tell me how you get your tot into modelling, and what is involved, please? (dd is a very small 2, and we're in W Yorkshire)

SleepySuzy - your dd is 2 months or 2 yrs old?

to start with, read throug the list of agencies , its somewhere in this thread.

make sure you got some good pics of your dd.

send few pics to different agencies by post or email, then wait for their feedback, then pick the one you like.

my advise is ... don't rush for any application. take your time!

welcome SleepySuzy , i guess you would be looking for agencies that are more northan based, you are to far from the london agencies, hopefully someone will be able to post a couple of web addresses for you.

my ds is 2 year old. he is with BizzyKidz & MOT. also going to join inspired kids.

Are they southern or northern based? Is it hard to find locally based reputable agencies?

SleepySuzy -not sure agencies in the north based. sorry. hopefully someone here will help you!

most of the jobs/castings will be in london from what i heard, so, the london based agencies won;t take your dd in if you live to far away from london.

SleepySuzy >> Welcome to the thread, one thing that people say is that there isn't a lot of work for 2 year-olds so if one agency doesn't take your lo just try others... there's a big list of agency here somewhere, visit websites send pics and wait to see what happens!
There are some local agencies that are good but that doesn't mean you won't have to travel for castings and jobs so keep in that in mind! Best of luck and don'tforget to let us know how you get on!!

Tink >> Wonderful, I thought they were really nice when I spoke to Jane but I can't go to Oxford now, maybe later if they still want to take dd on!!! I'm really pleased it all worked out though :)
