and people are good at moaning about problems but it is not customary to praise. (and when they do on here they get accused of all sorts in the process!!!)

good luck, glad your getting work too! Wink

7up · 18/03/2006 17:50

patzcrafty · 18/03/2006 17:59

never been at any auditions ive been to. my other half works for saatchi and he hasnt personally used them or knows anyone that has? but then they are up north arent they?

TATA · 18/03/2006 18:01

7up - just stating facts thats all that my lovely daughter gets some great jobs from BK ....

alliebaba · 18/03/2006 18:02

oh 7's done it again I see. Meet u at your own dedicated thread later!!! Grin
At the end of the day, if you're happy with BK good 4 you. If you're not, go with a different agency.. don't argue about it on here. That doesn't help anyone! Why can't we all just get along Wink

Nemo1977 · 18/03/2006 18:03

Does anyone have any recommendations for agencies in the north west?

patzcrafty · 18/03/2006 18:05

allie baba that is just so true. there are loads of good agencies to choose from and all that do get work too

alliebaba · 18/03/2006 18:06

amen. now, where were we all before it go a bit hairy?
Nemo love, i'm down south so can't help. Try alba models website, they recommend agencies

patzcrafty · 18/03/2006 18:08

i only came on here cos i was bored and stuck in all day and answered someone that wanted to know if anyone knew about bizzykidz and mot. then i was happily nattering away to someone about something else totally unrelated to modelling and some one came on and started arguing with me for no reason at all........

is this not a chatroom and not an argueroom??

patzcrafty · 18/03/2006 18:09

why dont you check at yell.com for model agencies in your area....then call the local trading standards to that agency and ask if they have anything on them at all? then contact the agency see who they use then call that client to ask if they really do use them

easy as that!!

alliebaba · 18/03/2006 18:12

ds is with MOT. They rock, very professional

7up · 18/03/2006 18:12

oh dear it seems patsy my dear that you just cant let it go can you, go and have a large glass of wine and mellow outSmile

alliebaba · 18/03/2006 18:13

7's go have a brandy love :) how are you anyway. did l sleep any better

patzcrafty · 18/03/2006 18:15

my eldest did a mcleans job with bizzykidz and the mum used in it was from mot agency. bizzykidz got the job and passed it to mot cos they dont deal with adults. Bizzykidz pass alot of work to mot for adults that they get in cos quite a few times my booker has called me to ask if i would want to do something but i couldnt (still trying to lose weight after last one!! lol) so she said she would pass it to them. they deal with all ages i think

patzcrafty · 18/03/2006 18:17

????? cant let what go, i put up to search yell.com for an agency and how to check if they are ok..............what the f**k???

7up · 18/03/2006 18:17

liam didnt go to sleep till 3am and was up again by 7am, belly ache. think it was the bovril on his toast, its got yeast init. im such a prat thinking he'd be okSadtrying to keep him awake till at least 7 .hows el after his "no"

patzcrafty · 18/03/2006 18:20

your right.....im off for a brandy!!! or two....
i cant wait to get back to work,. if i turn into a bored pathetic housebound mum like these busybodies on here i think id slit me wrists

i thought i gave some constructive advice, on both occasions.....clearly not

get on with it yourselves ladies!!
(and dont end up folding your arms outside the school and wear flowery dresses,......very unbecoming! and exactly where you are heading)Angry

7up · 18/03/2006 18:23

glad im not the only brandy drinker patsy, good luck with your modellingSmile

i quite like flowery dresses by the wayGrin

mykidsmum · 18/03/2006 18:27

Bored, pathetic, housebound mum, well I haven't been here allday, just said goodbye to some friends who've been around and got some more due in abit. Got it right about the flowery dresses though, just love Cath Kidston.

BTW I just love it when the ability to argue leads to stooping low, classy.

patzcrafty · 18/03/2006 18:28

not the ones with long ribbons hanging off the front i bet

with 3 kids brandy is the only refuge i have! joke by the way before someone reports me to the social services Shock

7up · 18/03/2006 18:31

patzcrafty · 18/03/2006 18:34

mykidsmum · 18/03/2006 18:36
