tink> im not really sure about that one, have heard something similar before i think. Charlie is 76cm and he is almost 13 months but then again they are all different. Charlies got loadsa hair which makes him prob look older, never really had that babyish look. To me he is still a baby, but his bouffant may mean he might be marginalised? I dunno it's so competitive that you dont really know what they are looking for, and anyways Reece must fair ok seeing as he has been considered for jobs!

the place is very kids friendly.. foods are great & simple..e.g. burgers & chips.. reasonable prices too...

tinker- i don't know the answer.. but your lo had put forwarded for a job.. so may be that doesn;t matter!!

maybe I should just leave the modelling thing for now....the lady from bubblegum seemed really keen about it as did EB and IK said they liked his dimples when he smiled LOL but he's tall and now Im thinking he may never get work as such and we're wasting our time? Oh I dont know. We'll see.

Sorry being all negative and going on had a pants day!

Thank you for saying he is gorgeous - maybe he's just gonna be tall all his life. Im 5ft 11 and daddy is 6ft 5ins! so I think its already planned he will be tall :)

you know what, i'm the oppositive, worry that ds is too skinny & short!! i think he is a bit short.

i think the face is more important than the height. tbh , i think tall is better than short!!

you should be proud of it!!!

yeah like u said in photos etc height isnt always going to show.
To me he is GORGEOUS in everyway!!!! plus he has the cutest dimples at the moment when he smiles :) LOL
I'll see how BG want and then take it from there

tinker he's lovely. he's been put forward for one job already so don't worry. I'm quite relaxed about this whole thing and i think that's the way to be.. just take it as it comes!

thanks all. got my tube route planned, only one change so should be fine! At least i don't have to worry about push chairs etc.

allie, lucky you don't have to worry about pushchair .. i think i went fish tank studios before .. there's stairs up to the studio (above shops) if i remember right.

just got a letter thru the post from the publishers who are publishing the book ds will be in, it was lovely. said charlie was a joy to work with, lovely to meet you both, and we will hopefully use charlie in something in the future! also they attached 2 pics of him!!!

thumbs, i thought that was a lovely thing to do, cant see many clients sending the model a letter etc!!! they were all lovely will try and see if i can scan the images at some point but would prob have to email them bcos of copyright xxx

Cyan...thats so nice of them to take the trouble to write and give you feedback - And hopefully when they use him again they will just book him and not bother with castings!

Hi

I am new to this. My son has been with Scallywags for the past year and only had 1 job so I am now looking at alternative agencies.
Currently the ones that want him to go for an assesment are Norrie carr, Childs Play, Sandra reynolds although I am awaiting to hear back from a couple of others. I was wondering if anyone has any good or bad feedback on these agencies? Or can suggest any others which you are happy with. The only one who has come back saying no is Bruce and Brown yet I think I have emailed about 8 in total.

Any advice greatly appreciated
