Yay fellow shredders-its great, I love it and Jillian Michaels is my hero. I still cannot quite believe I have stuck to an exercise routine for more than a week and that more to the point, enjoy it! Its all about the 20 mins I think.weight stabilising has annoyed me (as have embarrasingly large amount to go still) but the measuring is good as it shows me that even if the kilos have halted for now, the cm are still coming off. Plus every Mon I have a try on of a load of clothes that have been banished for being too small. This mon I managed to do up a pair of jeans that had been languishing for a few years. Still wouldnt wear them but can at least see progress. I am doing it in conjunction with calorie counting on My Fitness Pal site. Finding that really good (also because it has a huge database including loads of Italian brands / food types).

Logging on on vaporetto as wanted to see the updates..... We will be banned from MN for even thinking of smoking you donne terribile! Gio i have ordered the shred mind youmy legs are shattered from the gym but I need more!!!! Well done with the jeans and keep going....
Franca good luck with the flights and American Airports mught be big but are well indicated etc am sure you will be fine and yes pls give more details on the trip I am green with envy already- went with Dh before babies!!!! Right off to teach msterna about easter bunnies and chicks lambs etc .... A dopo

Gio I am inspired by your progress, probably you're not losing any more kgs for now because you're gaining muscle, which is heavier. I have survived day 2, I really need to lose some as I gained 8 kg last year, nothing fits and I've been wearing the same skirt all winter.

Well, I hope so. He's just gone to Budapest for a conferece. Aaaargh.

To cheer me up, I've just had a massive bowl of pasta (kamut pasta to be fair) all'amatriciana.

That is a fantastic trip .... I hope that you manage to get it all sorted and you do go !!!!! So when will dh know more about the interview / timings etc as the longer you wait to change things the higher in cost and the harder it becomes!

Off to take dd to Easter labatorio, minirosa seems generally better with a bit of a runny nose but as the lady who runs the club is pg I don't think I will take her just to be on the safe side...... She had 37.3 this morning and now 37 she seems full of life just looks a bit pale ....needs a holiday !!!

I spoke to the travel agent, who seemed quite positive we can find a solution, but we need to know for sure when dh's interview is.

A bit of febbriciattola there for minirosa, I hope she is on the mend. How are the nights going, any better?
