Oh yes, lets swap menus! Sounds like a brill idea!
Rosa, I think colesterolo runs in dh's family...
, and both his grandparents died of a heart attack, and 2 of his uncles have bypasses etc. His brother found out he has colesterolo alto a few months ago. So he needs to watch what he eats. We eat quite healthily, though I do bake a cake once a week (and he loves cakes/puddings etc), and he loves focaccia with prosciutto in the morning and pancakes for breakfast on saturdays. He is very thin, so he's never had to "think" at what he eats iyswm.
I hope minirosa has a better day today, and a better night. Perhaps it is all linked to her growing up, sometimes nightmares are a sign of more awareness of the world. Boh, poor minirosa and poor parents!
Tonight we are having lasagne ai carciofi made by my mother. And I will make peperonata. The children don't like cooked artichokes, so giovanni rana raviolli for them! (Giovanni Rana should be given a noble prize, btw!)
