I can't be the only one who loves this band more than life itself (well almost).
I only just discovered them a month ago. I can't believe I missed so much.

Got 6 for Wembley and 2 for Old Trafford!
But I won't believe it till the confirmation email arrives.
Anyone else get tickets?

Hi MBM - I got tickets for both Wembley and Manchester - cant wait. So glad not to have to wait until Friday for general release. We should all have a MN meet-up before one of the shows!

MatthewBellamysMuse · 18/11/2009 13:52

Definitely. Doors open at 12 so there's going to be a lot of hanging about.
Did you get seated or standing?

OP posts:
Regan · 18/11/2009 14:55

Got my tickets for standing at wembley roll on September!!

MatthewBellamysMuse · 18/11/2009 15:12

I'm standing too. I might bump into you, literally

OP posts:
Squishabelle · 18/11/2009 15:46

Standing for both.

MellonCollieMother · 18/11/2009 19:55

I got my Manchester tickets!

Can't wait

MatthewBellamysMuse · 20/11/2009 11:50

Flippin' eck, now they're doing two dates at Wembley. Just bought tickets for that too. So I'm going three times in the space of seven days. My poor credit card can't take much more.

OP posts:
MatthewBellamysMuse · 20/11/2009 12:04

If they add a third date on the Sunday I'll go bankrupt.

Gotta hand it to you MBM, you are faithful member of the congregation !

Squishabelle · 20/11/2009 14:36

MBM - and I thought I had it bad - 3 times in the last 8 weeks!!! Im just sticking with the one Wembley though! Mind when we went to Wembley in 1997 lots of people went to both nights.
Anyone know Old Trafford area well? Looking to stay in a hotel on Wilbraham Road. Can anyone tell me if it is in safe and reasonable walking distance from the cricket ground?

maddiemostmerry · 20/11/2009 14:45

My ds1 is going to Wembley, best stand well clear of him

MBM I'm going to admit it, I enjoyed Biffy Clyro more(runs)

Have a lovely time ladies

MatthewBellamysMuse · 20/11/2009 14:48

That's blasphemous, MMM. Wash your mouth out and beg for absolution.

MatthewBellamysMuse · 22/11/2009 18:27

Dang, now they've announced Paris in June. I wanna go!!!

OP posts:
MellonCollieMother · 22/11/2009 19:32

MBM - step away from the card!

MatthewBellamysMuse · 23/11/2009 17:19

I've been reading the Muse.mu forum and there are people travelling from the States and even New Zealand for the Wembley gigs
Suddenly Paris doesn't sound so extravagant...

OP posts:
MellonCollieMother · 23/11/2009 19:44

Yes but MBM, Muse aren't actually playing in their countries are they?

Squishabelle · 23/11/2009 19:56

Yes but they are playing in Australia next I think. So the New Zealanders could go there.

Squishabelle · 23/11/2009 20:06

Just noticed Muse are playing in New zealand Jan 15th.

MatthewBellamysMuse · 23/11/2009 21:19

See!
It's a test of your fandom how far you're willing to travel.
Paris here I come!

OP posts:
MatthewBellamysMuse · 23/11/2009 21:20

Is fandom a word?

OP posts:
Squishabelle · 23/11/2009 21:25

I suppose fandom is a word. I would consider going abroad if I was combining it with a stay somewhere I wanted to go. But wasnt someone on here planning to go to Barcelona recently and the concert date got changed? What would happen then - fares, hotel etc paid and booked but no concert.
