It does feel nice when ypu put it on, although it kind of feels like it evaporates/disappears straight wawy. Thats not a bad thing, it just conflicts with what some of you have felt! Also, how come I dont notice a smell?!

IndigoSky · 28/05/2010 11:00

I think it smells like method tub and tile bathroom cleaner.

The top came off mine too the first time I used it.

Agree re spf 15

But it does seem like a good face cream. I am also trying it on my decolletage!

thecatatemygymsuit · 28/05/2010 11:09

My latest report is that while it feels pleasant and smoothing, I am not sure if it is moisturising enough - I have dry skin and usually use really rich creams. But it's nice in a kind of serum way, like a primer.

Day three in the olay tester house - I have come out in big teenage spots the like I haven't had for 20 years. Ruddy disgusting. Is it a coincidence?

I like the texture when it goes on but would have liked a more minty smell and zingy clean feel.

Agree it needs spf

I like the smell. It does feel a little greasy at first, but that dissipates after a while. My face felt really soft, almost peachy iykwim!

I'm only on my second day and can't say I'm looking younger yet. Not that I have any unrealistic expectations here

I used less this morning about half a hazelnut but still felt greasy by lunchtime. I also have v v sensitive (and sadly v spot-prone) skin and feels like it's being a little irritated.

BoysAreLikeDogs · 28/05/2010 21:41

No probs with the top which is a miracle as usually if it can be broken then I will break it

hurrah

skin feels v smooth

Face is starting to get a bit sore too! (but quite young and also shiny!!)

ProfYaffle · 29/05/2010 08:54

Only just read my MNHQ e-mail which tells me it's a morning cream and I've been using it at night so I'm probably looking youthful in my sleep and haggered again by morning.

My skin is feeling alarmingly warm though, I'm anticipating a reaction of some sort in a day or two. Now I remember why I don't use 'product' on my skin.

TheChewyToffeeMum · 29/05/2010 08:59

Hmm - my chin is looking suspiciously like it is about to break out in spots.

CaptainUnderpants · 29/05/2010 09:08

OK so it's morning cream - I think it would have been a good idea to also send along a cream to apply at night that compliments the day cream.

At night I am using my boots n07 stuff so how will I know that my 'miracle' disapparence of wrinkles is either down to Boots or Olay ??

Still like Olay at the moment ..

CaptainUnderpants · 29/05/2010 09:08

I assume Olay are following this thread.

BabyValentine · 29/05/2010 13:14

Mine smells quite strong, too florally. And I haven't experienced any mint tingliness.

Only used a small amount and mixed with my foundation (SPF15), and although it went on nicely, I did look a bit greasy later.

SwansEatQuince · 29/05/2010 13:18

Face nipped a bit so I'm giving the cream a rest today - the excitement of looking ten years younger got a bit much...

It smells of irises and old ladies. Why do they have to put perfumes in everything?

Loving it here too - I've been suffering from what I thought was pregnancy acne for the last 12 weeks and it's clearing up at a ridiculous speed. Skin feels smooth and soft and less greasy than normal.

Is this product actually on the shelves yet? Or am I going to have to wait to get more when I run out?

I LOVE it
Applied my make up straight after with no problem
Sinks in nicely and not greasy
No sign of spots
Agree it needs an SPF

Horton · 29/05/2010 15:40

I really like the old lady floral smell but then I loathe most modern perfumes. I think my skin is quite nice and smooth atm but I don't like the 'tight' feeling at all.

southeastastra · 29/05/2010 16:07

makes my skin feel greasy as the day goes on

Ingles2 · 29/05/2010 22:07

So today I asked dh how my skin was looking....
"red"
was the answer
I thought things were improving
Shall I admit defeat?

feedthegoat · 30/05/2010 00:24

I'm suprised so many are finding it greasy, I think it is really light once it has sunk in. Just goes to show what a difference your skin type must make.

I am abiding by the instructions for testing purposes but I do find the recommended hazelnut amount is way too much though. About half that would do me I think.

ProfYaffle · 30/05/2010 10:48

My skin is now threatening to break out and feels hot and clammy. Hmmmm - gorgeous ....
