1. How did you use Uniqlo’s AIRism sanitary shorts during the test? What do you think about how they fit in with your lifestyle?

I used them a lot, worked well for both day and night. Could also be used with a sanitary towel too which was handy. Only having 2 pairs meant washing & drying was a bit of a pain.

I had the black colour which was nice, they feel very secure, and really not that different to use a sanitary towel. Not too bulky, just a sort of structured ‘swimming costume’ feel.

1. What advice would you share with others considering trying Uniqlo’s AIRism sanitary shorts?

Probably to get 4 pairs, so that you have enough washing drying time between pairs.

Really well, worked far better than I expected on my heavy days.

I used them with a sanitary towel; it was only my second period since having a baby and my first was ridiculously heavy, so I didn’t feel comfortable using them alone. They fit in well with my lifestyle and I felt comfortable in them

They fit well and were flattering. It felt really reassuring to have an extra layer on at a time when I’m usually feeling a little more self conscious.

1. What advice would you share with others considering trying Uniqlo’s AIRism sanitary shorts?

Measure yourself properly! Good fit is important. Also, unless you have really light periods, you’ll need some extra sanitary protection as well as these

I thought they performed really well and I was really impressed. I leaked on my heaviest day with them on but that was overnight when I move around a lot anyway. I’ll definitely continue to use them, but always with my sanitary pads for the comfort and reassurance they give me.

I used them alone during the latter half of my period ( lighter days) and alongside other protection on heavier days at start, although I suspect that may not have been necessary. What do you think about how they fit in with your lifestyle? Fantastic, very attractive looking and discreet and a lovely fit.

They look good, just like my regular large pants and they are comfortable and very absorbent. I love that they dont scream PERIOD PANT by looking frumpy.

pricey but definitely worth it.

They are actually very good and hard to fault. Will you continue to use your Uniqlo sanitary shorts? Yes I will and I am really glad I took part!

Moving to Putney/ Fulham area over the summer. Looking for a London day school for DD currently in Year 9 at boarding school. Not really loving the boarding experience. She is a Dance scholar at current school and would like to continue Dance at school if possible. She is slightly above average academically. Any suggestions? Obviously aware that London schools difficult to get into when not at usual entry points.
