Non-tester - DS went through a phase of calling everything 'Poo' so he'd point out people and call them the 'Poo man' or 'Poo woman' very loudly on the bus.

My son decided to fill his pushchair with a collection of thongs when we were out shopping in a department store, fortunately I noticed just before we went out of the door

Elizasmum02 · 06/09/2017 20:19

we was in wilkos and somehow whilst wizzing round the store, my daughter managed to pull the head off a doll, and was happily chewing on it when security stopped me!

Non tester.

My little one who is 5 is currently at the stage of asking a lot of questions and being very blunt about it.
We were in the car the other week and whilst at traffic lights saw a lady with a very low cut top on. Little one then proceeded to ask why the lady had massive boobies and why mummy had little boobies, made me feel great!

my daughter was on the bus in her pushchair and was crying and wanted something from the front of the bus. We eventually figured out that it was a newspaper! A lady passed us one and i gave it to her to see what she did and she opened it and started babbling and had the whole bus laughing at her reading everyone the paper!

My DS was obsessed with clocks and watches which he pronounced without the L so he would frequently point at everyones watches/clocks and shout it out.

My 11 month old worked out how to wriggle out off his seat and stand up on his chair and take his nappy off he was laughing away all the while I was driving

UpOnDown · 07/09/2017 12:35

non-tester: definitely singing along to Queen!

TellMeItsNotTrue · 07/09/2017 13:42

Very embarrassing for me, but luckily the lady in the wheelchair found it funny - pointing at a wheelchair and insisting it was a lady in a buggy 'like me', wouldn't accept anything else and just kept increasing in volume as the redness in my face increased! She said it had given her a grin, once home I made sure wheelchairs were understood!!

  • Which product did you test and what did you think of it overall? I tested the Priam and really liked it.
    • How old is your child? What sort of testing did you do? My daughter has just turned one. I took the pram out on our normal day to day shopping trips and walks in the park.
    • What did you think of the design? What features stood out to you?
    • I rally liked the fold.
    • The wheels are easy to detach
    • The bumper bar is nice
    • I like the snug harness
    • What about the functionality - how did it meet your needs as a parent?
    • It has a nice big storage section though this fell off a few times. You can easily fit
    • It didn't fit into my Polo’s boot without taking off the wheels. This is a big heavy buggy. It is a bit of a challenging to get it in and out of the car. The pram could do with a clip to keep it collapse as it unfolds as you lift it. I also wish the excellent fold worked in parent facing mode. The lie flat mode is great and I feel like my daughter can have a quality sleep in it. The rain cover is a much better design than my bugaboo bee. It actually fits well and easily in a rush and keeps the rain out.
    • I like the raised parent facing option as I feel I can communicate well with my daughter.
    • Did you partner (if applicable) or a friend use it? If so, what did they think?
    • My husband used it and thought it steered well but found it very
    • How likely are you to recommend the product you tested to a friend or family member? I would recommend it if you have a large car and don't live in the city or are happy to have two prams. I think it is a versatile stylish quality product. I fell my daughter is super comfy in it and I enjoy taking her for walks in it.
  • Any other comments?

Non - Tester... My son (3 at the time) was dropping sweets on the floor, I asked him not to and he said he wanted to so he could find his way back to the sweet shop haha

myboycraig · 08/09/2017 13:06

NON TESTER - Took my son to the shops in his pram, when I left he said "Mum, can you open this?". It was a bar of chocolate he grabbed on the way out. I was mortified and when back to shop to give it back. They just laughed and said to keep it lol (he is 13 now)

My youngest son once shouted 'why's nobody getting on my bus?!'. He'd been pretending that his pushchair was a bus. We got some funny looks that day!

My eldest son used to shout 'beep beep!' very loudlywhen he was in the buggy and startle people😊

windowmouse · 08/09/2017 17:06

I had my 3 month old with me at a work function I HAD to attend while on mat leave. He let out the biggest fart from within the pram while the director was speaking. Made everyone laugh!!

Leanfun · 08/09/2017 21:26

When he was seventeen months I was taking son by bus instead of car from the town centre to his grandparents. I was chatting to another parent and suddenly at a bus stop he set up a loud noise, he wasn't talking then. The other lady and I wondered what was wrong when I suddenly realised we were at the stop for our own house.

freedomofspeech · 08/09/2017 21:28

My little girl has a habit of grabbing clothes on hangers and stashing them as we walk along in shops! Have to do a check before I leave!

cluckyhen · 08/09/2017 22:57

Non tester - whilst stuck in an excpetionally long traffic jam a little voice piped up 'are we there yet, I think my bottom bone is broken'

caz123456 · 08/09/2017 23:37

My daughter had a mini meltdown when I bought her a cheese and onion pasty - she loudly exclaimed "I don't like custard pasties!" much to passerby's amusement.

hannahbjm · 09/09/2017 08:11

Non Tester - My daughter Lola calls every woman she sees sexy lady but she really shouts it out at them and points and smiles. It is very embarrasing!
