Here is what they’ve got to say: "Night-time is a busy time for your baby – and those precious hours of Golden Sleepsleep aren’t just important for their mood, but development, too! Pampers are launching an upgrade to UK parents’ #1 nappy choice: New Pampers Baby-Dry feature a revolutionary nappy design with 3 Absorbing Channels, that distribute wetness more evenly, and Micro Pearls™ that lock it away. For up to 12 hours of Golden Sleep and less wet bulk in the morning! 1. Sixteen months, size 4.
  2. Overall impression was very positive, very light and thin but performed brilliantly.
  3. Would recommend for a dry nights sleep as it kept his skin dry and comfortable with no leaks which often make him wake up.
  4. They are amongst the best I've tried for a dry night. We tried these nappies on our second child so have gone through LOTS of different nappies over the years. Didn't have any leaks (or explosions) with these!
  5. The main benefit from the 3 channels was that the nappy wasn't bulky in the morning and held on to the liquid. Having said that I'm not sure that the baby was all that bothered about how bulky his nappy was when he woke! Great that we didn't have any leaks though.
  6. I would buy again if the price was right, maybe if I had a coupon but I'm pretty happy with the nappies I use now so would have to be a little closer in price to make me switch.
  7. I would happily recommend these nappies if it came up in conversation as I was really pleased with having no night time wake-up from leaky nappies! Sleep is precious in this house as it's a rarity sometimes so we take any opportunities where we can get them!

Thanks for the opportunity to test these.

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.

Age 16months got sent size 5 even though requested 5+ but squeezed her in them and they were fine!

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?

I liked then, they seem more streamlined than usual and I had no issues with leaky nappies. They even managed to absorb the poonamis more than usual.

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?

Yea I would, baby was not disturbed during the night with any wetness or bulkyness

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?

Yes they really do hold it in well

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?

I definately noticed the nappy wasn't hanging down as much at the front as it usually would

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?

Yes they are my favourite brand

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes I would, I like that they are slimmer and less bulky than other brands and also leak a lot less

EasterRobin · 05/07/2016 22:33

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.
17 months, size 5

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
Good quality nappies. DD had a couple of minor poo-leaks so not perfect for her.

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?
Yes. DD seemed very comfortable and did not wake due to wetness.

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?
Not for my DD, no.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
Yes, nappy was less bulky than other ones in the mornings. She seemed happy still wearing it once she'd woken up instead of wanting a change straight away.

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?
Yes.

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes. They were good at absorbing moisture so ideal for babies that wake up from wet nappies.

Salukigirl · 06/07/2016 16:33

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.
4 months old, size 3.

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
Very good, slimmer to the normal ones

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?
Yes, we had no leaks day or night.

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?
Yes, although I'm not sure they are any better than the old baby dry nappies, they are both really good.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
Not really, I could see the three channels but I didn't think it made that much difference when the nappy is really full.

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?
Yes definitely

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, as they are the best nappies I've tried. I already use the current baby dry nappies and I am very happy with them. I like these new ones a bit more as they were slimmer when dry.

Yes, they performed better than other brands we've tried

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
Yes, these were noticeably less bulky than the previous pampers baby dry both when dry and wet

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?
Yes, for night but more cost effective to use cheaper brands during day

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, mainly for overnights to help avoid night changes/leaks but perhaps not for during the day when more frequent changes mean a cheaper brand would perform well but be more cost effective

douglas2013 · 06/07/2016 20:09

1 My daughter is 8 months and I got size 3

  1. I prefer the pampers active more, they um have better containment.
3 I wouldn't really recommend for night use.

i didn't really notice the channels mentioned.
I wouldn't buy New Pampers Baby-Dry for night use I would use them for daytime use.

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not? no - did not suit my child - wet in the morning, but may suit others better?

SurreyBunny · 06/07/2016 22:55

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.
4 months - Size 3

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
Soft nappies but they did leak on occasion and even when they didn't DS's bottom still felt damp.

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?
Yes because the are no worse than any other brand and DS is a champion wee-er so I suspect the leaks were more to do with that as I've struggled to keep him dry in a range of brands.

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?
They didn't leak overnight but if DS wasn't changed as soon as he got up then it would leak. So I would say they were good for a dry nights sleep.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
No

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?
Yes - with DD I bought Pampers Premium Protection and thought the Baby Dry was less effective but this time round they seemed fine and I would buy again.

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, we got on fine with them and no rash which was a big bonus!

NornIrishNut · 07/07/2016 22:15

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.

Daughter aged 2.5, nappy size 5+

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?

A thin nappy that did what they said would do, most of the time!

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?

For us, no. Both times we used the nappy with our daughter overnight, the nappy leaked through the sides and I ended up having more work to clean up.

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?

For my daughter,no. But in saying that I do believe the shape of nappies make the difference on a child. I do find that some nappies do leak more than others.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?

No, the nappies leaked out the side overnight.

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?

Yes if on offer and for daytime use only.

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would for daytime use and to give them a go, but would also give them my opinion regarding nighttime issues.

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry?
On brand packaging, good thickness

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?
Yes because kept baby dry but no because she was allergic to the beads inside the nappy and came out in a rash

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?
So long as not allergic

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
Yes because my daughters usual nappies tend to distribute the wetness at the bottom at up the front

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?
No

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Possibly as are reliable but would caution my daughter had a bad reaction to the beads in the nappy and caused a terrible chemical like burn
