Here is what they’ve got to say: "Night-time is a busy time for your baby – and those precious hours of Golden Sleepsleep aren’t just important for their mood, but development, too! With experts believing that wetness may impact your little one’s sleep, their overnight nappy needs to work as hard as possible; introducing New Pampers Baby-Dry with 3 Absorbing Channels! Pampers are launching an upgrade to UK parents’ #1 nappy choice: New Pampers Baby-Dry feature a revolutionary nappy design with 3 Absorbing Channels, that distribute wetness more evenly, and Micro Pearls™ that lock it away. For up to 12 hours of Golden Sleep and less wet bulk in the morning! Pampers Baby-Dry have also been proven to be up to 2x drier than ordinary nappies; so, with babies waking up as dry in the morning as the night before you’ll be left asking 'where did the pee go?'"

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.
Size 4, 18 months

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
Pretty good. No leaks, no major bulges.

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?

Yes, my son still has milk in the middle of the night but is not awake enough for a nappy change. If I did change him, he would be awake for hours. That means evening milk and overnight milk need containing and this did the job. He isn't sore or damp when I change him.

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?

It certainly hasn't let me down yet.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?

The nappy feels less bulky, yes

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?

yes, especially if they were on offer.

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, if price wasn't an issue

Mumtotwo22 · 23/06/2016 16:22

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.

19months size 5

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?

They fit really well and have cute designs on. They smell quite chemically though. Very thin nappies.
3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?

Maybe. They do lock moisture in so my baby's bottom was dry, however I do think they bulk up quite considerably and hang down.
4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?

No. I've used aldi mamia nappies at a much cheaper price and they work better.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?

No. The front of the nappy was dry. The back was mostly dry and the middle was very bulky.

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?
Maybe if they were at a good price. But not for night time. Maybe day time wear.

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

No. They're not as good as I expected. And I wouldn't want anyone else to think I'd recommend something that hangs down like that.

RolaColaLola · 23/06/2016 17:10

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.

Aged 16 weeks; size 3

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?

Very good. thinner nappies so fit more neatly in handbag. More absorbent than others we have tried. Fewer poop leaks for us.

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?

Yes. During trial period I put him in a different brand of nappy and he was soaked in the morning, however with the pampers he was either dry or only very slightly damp in the morning. So not perfect but better than any others we've tried (and we've tried lots!)

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?

Yep. As above.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?

Yes, definitely. My boy seems to pee a lot and always has a bulgy nappy but it was definitely less bulgy with the new pampers.

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?

Yes.

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.
Age 21 months size 5
2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
I didn't think the quality was there, if he had a Wee in them you could see the urine colour and they nappies had a strong smell
3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?
No I wouldn't as my baby has a sensitive bottom he would come out in a rash wearing it all night so I went back to my curren brand for night wear.
4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?
No as he had a bad number 2 and it ran out the side of the nappy.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one? No

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?

Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received. - DS is fifteen months. The nappies are Size 5.
2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? We generally use Pampers but had switched about a bit more recently due to availability and price. The new nappies seem much lighter and thinner.
3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why? I always do. We've had some real night time disasters with other brands.
4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep? Yes, it seems an improvement on previous Pampers and definitely on other brands.
5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one? DS is just walking confidently and these nappies seem much thinner and seem to collect less bulk by morning. He still walks like John Wayne though 😍
6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again? Yes.
7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not? Definitely would and do.

  1. Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.
9months. size 3
  1. What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
Good. DS stayed dry for over 12 hours. No rash or leaks.
  1. Would you recommend New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?
Yes as DS through the night & was 14 hours later. I have found supermarket own brands to last up to 12 hours then DS wakes & wants a feed & awake for a few hours. With the pampers DS went back to sleep for another couple of hours- not sure if just a coincidence
  1. New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
It was certainly less bulky at the front. Not sure how beneficial this is as didn't really bother him before
  1. Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?
Yes if they were at a good price
  1. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes I would for newborns as pampers is a reliable brand& more chance of lasting through the night so help when totally exhausted with night feeds For older babies perhaps not as tend to use whatever is on offer with both my sons & not had problems at night with any

We have had dry nights from other Pampers products. We've not tried anything else!

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
Yes thinner than other nappies

1Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.
2, testing size 5
2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
Pretty much the same as previous version of the same thing which we've used before, a bit slimmer
3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?
Yes, slimmer and less bulky hopefully makes for a more comfy night.
4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?
Have had the odd leak, similar to other brands, so can't say it's the best but certainly on a level with other things we've tried.
5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
Yes did seem to be less bulky in the morning
6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?
Yes, we often use this brand and would continue to do so
7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, they are kind to his skin so would recommend for those who struggle to find nappies that don't irritate sensitive skin. Like that they are less bulky but still seem to absorb well

Iamthemotherofdragons · 23/06/2016 21:01

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received. 6 months, size 3.

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? I really liked them. They were very absorbent and we didn't have any leaks.

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?
Yes. They were very absorbent without getting too bulky.

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?
Yes. I have found some other brands leak at night but I would be confident to choose baby dry again.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
A bit. The nappies certainly didn't feel too bulky in the morning.

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?

modzy78 · 23/06/2016 22:02

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.
3 years, 9 months, size 5.

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
Mixed. I had tried size 4 recently (not sent the size I requested) and wasn't too happy with the fit. I figured it was worth giving the correct size a try. My daughter really likes the pictures on the diapers and sometimes requests certain ones. The effectiveness of the diaper is hit and miss. It has completely leaked through a couple of nights. There have been other mornings where her pajamas have a strong smell of wee, even though it has not leaked. And other mornings have been absolutely fine. I can't think of anything we are doing differently, so it makes it a bit frustrating.

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?
No, because I can't really guarantee they will keep the child dry. My daughter only wears diapers at night, so I like ones I know will keep her dry.

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?
No. I've had other brands work as well as or better than Pampers Baby-Dry.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
I sometimes noticed the channels. But it seemed that the channels didn't reduce the bulk for heavy wees. They just distributed it over a larger area.

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?
Probably not. I'd rather buy a less expensive diaper that works as well or better.

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Probably not. I've had mixed experiences, so I wouldn't want to recommend something that might not work for them.

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Ok, but not great. Felt damp on several occasions day and night.
3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why? No, felt damp a few mornings and actually leaked when I used them during the day and were very heavy and bulky when full.
4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep? No will stick to brand I normally use.
5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one? Unfortunately no benefit
6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again? No, didn't suit my babies shape.
7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not? Maybe, but would probably recommend my usual brand first.

Uzma01 · 23/06/2016 22:24

1 Please state the age of your baby/child and the size of nappy you received.
My son is 11 months and we used the size 4 nappies.

2 What was your overall impression of New Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
Seemed a lot thinner than other nappies. Was interested to see if they'd improved the design so it didn't make the clothes around it smell of wee.

3 Would you recommend new Pampers Baby-Dry for a dry night’s sleep? If so, why?
No, seemed to do the same job as the regular brand I use on my son.

4 Would you say new Pampers Baby-Dry is the best for a dry night’s sleep?
No, the couple of brands I've been using, including one that I've only used for a month or so - have been great at night time. My son is a good sleeper thankfully so this brand didn't add anything to that.

5 New Pampers Baby-Dry feature 3 Absorbing Channels, which distribute wetness more evenly, for less wet bulk in the morning. Did you notice this benefit with your little one?
Didn't seem to work, since the front of the nappy would be really bulked up in the morning.

6 Would you buy New Pampers Baby-Dry again?
No.

7 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
No, would prefer to recommended more cost effective nappies from the supermarkets like Asda or Aldi own brand ones.

Fluffywuffyunicorn · 23/06/2016 23:26

Size 4, 9 months old
Was quite impressed with the absorbency of these nappies. I usually find that if my LO has had a poo then have a wee, she'll usually leak. These didn't leak much, if at all most times. And kept her fairly dry during the night.
The nappies are a nice snug fit, quite soft and distributed the wetness more evenly, then cheaper brands. So really comfortable for baby.
I would probably buy, but would probably only use as a bed time nappy and cheaper brands during the day as baby gets changed more often during the day, great absorbency wouldn't really be needed, and to keep costs down. Would probably recommend.
