Mumsnetters needed to try the Miele WMH120WPS washing machine - worth £1,299! NOW CLOSED

Miele are looking for 10 Mumsnetters to test out their WMH120WPS washing machine.

Here’s what Miele say, "With Miele’s exclusive Quick PowerWash, you benefit from a full A-rated wash in under an hour, getting the laundry done in record time. Better still, this large-capacity machine manages this whilst boasting an A+++ energy rating and being quieter than other models in this range.
The clever TwinDos system, automatically dispenses either Miele detergents or your preferred brand of liquid detergent and fabric conditioner for up to three months between refills. The WMH 120 WPS determines the best moment to release these during the cycle, meaning that each wash is tailored to that particular load, for the best results each time."

Those selected will be sent a Miele WMH120WPS washing machine (RRP £1,299).

If selected, you'll be sent the Miele WMH120WPS to try for a few weeks and so long as you add feedback as required you will be able to keep the product.

If selected, you will be sent the Miele WMH120WPS in December, and asked to try it for two weeks. You will then need to try it and add feedback to a thread on Mumsnet. At the end of the testing period, we'd also like you to post a review on the Mumsnet review pages. In order to keep the product, you would need to add your feedback by the 25th January, so please only apply if you are able to do this.

5 of the 10 participants may also need to film a few videos. Those MNers will receive an additional year's supply of detergent as a thank you for filming.

If you’re interested in taking part please sign up here.

Thanks and good luck,
MNHQ

Applied!

LordJabuJabu · 17/12/2014 13:44

Applied...I have 3 children under 3 and therefore no life, a brand new washing machine to stroke would make the cold lonely winter evenings more bearable Xmas Grin

twoRainbows · 17/12/2014 13:48

Yes please!

ouryve · 17/12/2014 13:50

The detergent dispenser sounds clever, but I can't be the only really anal person who doesn't use just one detergent for everything Hmm

iseenodust · 17/12/2014 14:52

Throws down gauntlet - how much detergent will it use against our very hard water?
Another one happy to do photos or videos.

Christmascandles · 17/12/2014 14:54

Oonyes please nice heard a lot about this brand so would like to see for myself what they are like.

I'd be willing to do photos or video.

Fingers crossed Smile

gleegeek · 17/12/2014 14:57

DoneSmile I'm happy tp do video/photos etc, anything to be able to test the Miele!

HermioneDanger · 17/12/2014 15:03

Another one happy to do either photos or videos though couldn't select both on the survey.

iwantaginsoakedXmas · 17/12/2014 15:06

Perhaps · 17/12/2014 15:19

RyanAirVeteran · 17/12/2014 15:40

Remember a Miele is for life, not just for two weeks.

Ours is 14 years old and still going strong.

pierpressure · 17/12/2014 15:44

Oh I would be delighted to give you feedback on coping with muddy dog walk trousers/ sons daily running gear, and then my handwash cashmere loads!

losersaywhat · 17/12/2014 15:50

I'd love to have one of these, a reliable machine that doesn't break down regularly

FuckinUnderTheChristmasTree · 17/12/2014 16:35

Oooh me please.

viruswithhold · 17/12/2014 18:44

I couldn't select photos and video either. Had to opt for photos. Pick me please, I have a very old Miele.

bamblolo · 17/12/2014 19:19

This would be best Christmas present ever. Its meant to be the Rolls Royce of washing machines. Please, Please Santa xx

SholerAndChocolate · 17/12/2014 19:53

I couldn't select both photo and video, but happy to do either! We also have the clunks of impending doom :(

EightToSixer · 17/12/2014 20:04

Ooooh I'm in. Happy to do photos and video. Please Miele can you also supply a man to operate it too, my man is defective in that department, so could use an upgrade on that as well as on the washing machine :)

Spirael · 17/12/2014 20:17

MNHQ, is the survey meant to have various XXX's throughout?

i.e:
"using the Miele XXX"
"receive a XXX"
"review by XXX"

Looks like some bits of text weren't populated?

LostMyBaubles · 17/12/2014 20:58

Im more than happy to do pics and videos.

I have 3boys under5. Eldest had sn, tube fed, severe reflux, asd etc.... and im almost always washing sheets as hes puked on them or they have been urinated on or have stool on them.
My current machine only works on a 3hourwash. And its putting holes in my clothes.

Evenstar · 17/12/2014 21:24

Would also do photos and video but couldn't select both Confused

CatsClaus · 17/12/2014 21:30

oh yes please. :o. I was so sad to miss out on the hoover!

SetTheWorldOnFire · 17/12/2014 22:15

Would love to try it, unsurprised I'm not alone in this!

Only downside is that DS2 loves to add powder and turn the machine on, he will be disappointed if he only gets half a job (or an occasional refill), in the unlikely event I was chosen I think I could persuade him to make sacrifices for the family me though. Grin
