Shit... 99% sure Guinea Pig is pregnant

Bit of a disaster... I lost one of my two lovely girls at the start of December. We were devastated, they were like two peas in a pod. I had a post on here at the time.

After just over a week I figured I needed to get another Guinea pig to keep my remaining one happy. Bought from a pet store as we don't have any rescues.... and I'm 99% sure the baby is pregnant 😡

Can't get her in to see the Vet until Tuesday morning.

She's had no vet care during pregnancy, haven't been feeding her any supplements. She was 8 weeks when she came to us, so young to be having babies. We've had her 55 days.

What the hell do I do now?

Do what my Mum did - shampoo the carpet ( in anticipation of visitors )

We have 3 of the most adorable babies I've ever seen! Momma is doing great, eating all around her.

I missed it! Can't have gone back to sleep for more than 2 hours since the last time I checked on them. In that time, this little baby Momma pig has had her babies and cleaned them all up... she did amazing!

I'm shaking and bawling my eyes out so the pictures aren't the best but here you go lovely people.... Aunty pig is also being amazing with them.

Do they make the same sort of noises as adult piggies? They are soooo cute.

They are so big. Wow amazing. Can they see properly already?

Their eyes are completely open... they all seem like they have little red eyeballs. Is this normal for all pups and they will change over time or are they red-eyed piggies I wonder?

I'm so proud of Mum 😭 She is absolutely ravenous so we are having a feast in celebration of cucumber, peppers and kale.

I'm so proud of my older girl too, she keeps sticking her big head in the hidey to check on them.

Oh my god, I just can't stop crying, they're all, big pigs included, just bloody amazing 👏👏👏

They are adorable. We had guinea pigs for a while and they were such lovely pets.

The first thing I thought after I recovered from the shock was 'I can't wait to tell all the girls!' 😂🥰

I actually can't believe they all came out of her, I'm completely blown away!

And I will definitely post more pics later today, I'll give a proper check of them all and weigh them later on x

Maybe then I won't be shaking and crying so much 😂
