Has started coming in our house and stealing cat food.
Our cats dislike him. (understatement...)
Once he's in it's a problem removing him because he growls, hisses and then attacks us (launches at our legs etc).
He spends an inordinate amount of time in our garden or staring in through the French windows. Any suggestion how to gently discourage him? I have no intention of having outside doors shut for the whole summer.
Enclosed a picture of him sitting on our outside table.

Poor TC having to live with all those frightful dawgs.

He just wants to be with friends.

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 20/08/2019 09:22

When I got up this morning I called Lenny and Basil in (both dirty stop outs last night) and the first one to arrive was TC. I suppose it is quite endearing Smile.

Poor TC looks so sad and dejected as if to say, 'here I am. I'm faithful. I come when I'm called. All I want is lurve. Why do you reject me?'

Weezol · 20/08/2019 10:29

He does Spartacus - you'd have to have a heart if stone to turn the poor lad away.

Mia184 · 20/08/2019 11:16

I would also let him in for short visits.

TalentedMsRipley · 20/08/2019 11:20

He looks gorgeous.

sydney97 · 20/08/2019 11:44

Just read the whole thread and am in hysterics, TC seems a right character. Also do you mind me asking what type of cat Sybil is please? She's gorgeous!!

TellItLikeItReallyIs · 20/08/2019 12:16

I've just discovered this thread too and read the whole thing. It's like a Terrorist Cat Soap Opera.

My favorite moments were the window break in, defending the rasberry plants from watering and the NDN demonstration of how to pick him up.

It's no coincidence TC has the same initials as Top Cat because he is gorgeous.

Glad you've enjoyed the thread. TC certainly keeps us amused. Grin
Sybil is a purebred Battersea moggy (dlh) and is Basil's sibling. Their mum was a very pretty black dlh.

And speaking of Sybil - she just came in through the back slightly warily. TC is back in his usual spot under the chair by the back doors.

That's no terrorist!
Look how cute and sleepy.

Ah - but he's far too clever to be caught by standard profiling techniques. If he was actually carrying his AK47 it would be too easy to recognize what he really is Grin

Terrorist Cat Soap Opera 😂 My favourite episodes were the balcony invasion and the picture of him at your front door (on page 11) like a coiled spring Shock

Grumpy you should really think about producing a 2020 TC calendar, you'd raise a fortune on here for a cat charity 😸

I think he's brain washed me into becoming part of his terrorist cult or should that be cat-cult! He's such a gorgeously handsome fellow (and I think he knows it).

CassandraCross · 20/08/2019 17:26

There are so many fabulous pictures of TC on this thread, he is very photogenic. My favourites are the collection of images of him climbing up the boat paraphenalia to look in the window, the way he is stretched to his limit peering in is adorable and 'The Shining' images of him trying to get in through windows and doors!

I think I'd get on well with your neighbours Grumpy, they have the character that is TC and what looks like two Border Collies which are my favourite ever dogs.

I too have been shamelessly brain washed into the TC Supporters Club.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 23/08/2019 11:02

Surely he has been up to SOMETHING!!!!????

Grambler · 23/08/2019 20:57

Perhaps he's chewed through the internet cable?

Fluffycloudland77 · 23/08/2019 21:12

TC is an artist, he has to wait for something to inspire him.

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 23/08/2019 21:16

TC has been as omnipresent as ever over the last few days.
I was amused by seeing this when I opened the curtains a few days ago.

And today he was sitting on the fence (I did laugh when he nearly slipped off).
This was his 'just recovered' pose.

Hope these updates temporarily satisfy TC's fans Grin.

Cassandra - one is a Border Collie (and is really fun), the other is a Spaniel

Thanks for the updates! TC is quite a tease showing off his belly. Smile
