I don't know if this is the right thing to do, and I'm so sorry if not.

catthiefkeith passed away today.

I know there are mumsnetters who know her know how amazing she is, and I just wanted to raise a glass to her memory on here, where she brought a smile to so many faces with her stories of her mad life.

Rest in peace lovely lady.

Deepest sympathies to MrCatThief and MiniCatThief and to all those who knew her in RL.

Her posts were always awesome & MN will be a drearier place without her.

Raising a glass in a tent (that I am not trapped in). Met her just the once and she was a truly lovely woman who lived life to the full. A good one taken far too soon.

Just echoing all the pp so tragic RIP Cattheifkeith.
As many posters have said, always recognised her name & such a lovely sense of the ridiculous, remember her posting about seeing her 'Wendy' at a local fete & nearly shooting her with a bow & arrow.
Sincere condolences to her family & all friends.

I was reading through some of her old posts this morning. Her voice and personality really comes across in them.

I had an idea. Maybe someone on MN who knows her family in real life could print out her threads and keep them to give her daughter when she is grown up? She might like to read them when she is older.

God this is awful. Meningitis is a sneaky fucking cunt Sad I too read her post 6 days ago about going deaf in her ear and now see that is a symptom. Is that the only kind of thing the human body can show us symptom-wise before it's too late?! I can't believe someone so young and full of life is gone. So sorry to her family.

CTK will be missed so much on MN, but my goodness, her nearest and dearest will be left with such a gaping hole in their lives. Flowers to all of them.
