I'm sorry I'm late to the party - I just stumbled across this in classics.

I'm going through a bit of a shit time at the mo too. Other people have added my favourite quote, but I didn't see any harm in saying it again: "It's always darkest before the dawn." Think it's actually an old proverb, but I first heard it when Florence sang it!

I'm going to adopt some of the others myself. I love "chuck it in the fuck it bucket"!!! Particularly applies to work
