Thickos on TripAdvisor

I usually check reviews about places on Trip Advisor before booking a holiday. I've been having a snoop round this morning for a holiday and went onto Trip Advisor to read the reviews and honestly, some of them look like they've been written by a bear mashing his paws into the keyboard and hitting "send"...

AIBU to disregard reviews by people who moan that "nobode understand ENGLISH" "no chips/salad just greek food" "wayter rude" or should I be giving them the same attention as the others?

OMG. It’s taken me 3 days to get through this. My kitchen needs a scrub and I need to make myself a proper meal.

I have 2 that I can think of immmediately.

1. This was on TA but seems to have disappeared probably because it’s more than 17 years ago. My late OH and I owned a house in Cyprus. It was opposite a hotel. His mother was having a house built for herself further along the coast but in the meantime had taken over our property. We didn’t want to stay with her so I was looking for a hotel or apartment for us nearby. So I was on TA. I came across a revie from a guest of the opposite hotel. They stated that the downside of their holiday was the mad old woman who lived opposite their balcony, fed all the stray cats and had 2 annoying, noisy, yappy dogs. There was more.
2. Not from TA but I was training some staff in a Tourist Information Center in the Cotswolds when an American (F) tourist came in to complain. She wanted to know why we hadn’t built Stonehenge and Stratford-upon-Avon next to each other so she could “do” them both in one day.
