39 weeks pg and dh hasnt booked our room!

I am 39w pg and dh and I have to travel to his home town to fill in some paperwork. the idiot has neglected to book us a hotel or even a B&B, we dont even know whether there is even a hospital nearby, at this rate I'll be giving rate in a bleddy barn!

i know it all sounds rather far-fetched (hence the worry that I would be called a troll) but elizabeth (my cousin) has been trying for a baby for years. she is now in her 40's. her ds, john, is quite wonderful. she still cant believe her luck. apparently the conception wasnt entirely natural, but she is just grateful.

Don't worry, my 4yo daughter is married to an inn keeper and says I'm to ask if you'd like to use their stable? It doesn't have electric light, but she has a lantern and everything to show you the way. She says she thinks their might be an old manger knocking about in there too, which you could use as a makeshift cot.
