Good morning girls.

Trips - glad you heard from Cath. I can remember that week-end that she lost Nick. Her eldest son came onto our local radio. I always used to listen to a DJ called Umberto. He had a late night 'problem' show. By the time her son came to the end of the story about Nick Umberto was sobbing. At the time we didn't have a home phone. I put my coat on over my PJ's and walked up to the call box at the top of the street.

It was snowing and at first I couldn't even get the phone box door open! When I rang Umberto he put me straight on air. We talked about the loss of a child for over 20 minutes. By the next day Umberto had passed my details onto Cath and we were in touch with each other.

Im so glad she has found happiness. Sorry that her son doesn't speak to her but he will 'come round' as he gets older and experiences more about life.

Both these songs are played constantly at the Venezia hotel. They have tv's in every room and the Venezia has its own channel that shows you around the hotel etc and they play these two songs.

With the added attraction that my fav group in the X Factor are singing them!

Thank you everyone for the happy birthdays for the teacups! I haven't been on before cos the computer was one of the things to go in a cupboard so I could rediscover the dining table! Both twins and DH came down with flu and as always mummies aren't allowed to be poorly as there is too much to do..

I'm jealous - having four sons has meant no headband knickers for me!!! Unless cotton boxers work just as well
