Have been to see Snorris and baby and they are both fine
Baby is a sleeper like her others and was making cute dreamy noises!

pinkfrogsroastingonanopenfire · 07/12/2008 19:13

Awwwww Awwww and thrice Awwwww!!!

frumpygrumpy · 07/12/2008 20:14

Congrats snorris!!!!!!! so gorgeous, a little bundle of pink that smells so babylicious [broodybroodybloodybloodybloodybroody]

Trips, I love your idea. I have been trying to persuade my outer family to simplify Christmas for the past 6 years and they won't have it. Its such a busy time of year I feel we should be cutting corners wherever we can. My mum looks horrified when I suggest we only do kids presents and that she limits herself to just a few small presents per child. She treats them like they are her own and I AM SANTA!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't do the red face often.

frumpygrumpy · 07/12/2008 20:15

gwan my lovely, give the bairn a snuggle and sleep sweetly I hope x.

oooggs · 07/12/2008 20:24

frumpy - it doesn't rain put it pours sorry things are crap at the moment

snorris - fab news and congrats - oooooo a snuggly newborn

I have been in hospital this weekend as waters leaked yesterday (32+1) and they kept me in for 24 hours for obs. I am fine and home but it was hard leaving dts as hadn't left them overnight before

frumpygrumpy · 07/12/2008 20:33

Hi oooogs, hope you're ok, feet up I hope!! xxx

Thanks for your kind words, I have a brolly up

frumpygrumpy · 07/12/2008 20:34

Ooogs, why did your waters do that? [no clue]

pinkfrogsroastingonanopenfire · 07/12/2008 20:37

Cause they could I bet

oooggs · 07/12/2008 20:41

They went, we think through stress, we are in a vicious circle at the moment

I'm pregnant so looking after dcs is hard, it would be easier to look after dcs if house wasn't a mess, dh is working long hours to pay for house being a mess, we need house sorting to make extra room because I am pregnant.

pinkfrogsroastingonanopenfire · 07/12/2008 20:47

that all sounds like very hard work my love. Mess will still be there tomorrow even if it gets cleaned up today. Look after yourself and the DC thats the most important. So glad that I am coming to the end of the menopause - really couldn't 'do' being pregnant ever again.

MERLYPUSSEDASAFART · 07/12/2008 22:05

Congrats Snorris and welcome to the world little pink snorris. Great day to be born as it just so happens to be my birthday too !
FG - sorry you are feeling poo
Ooogs - Take it easy missus
Trips - Please tell me the 'boys staying awake forever' thingy doesn't start at 10 months. They are up there laughing at each other, standing in their cots. Buggers.

pinkfrogsroastingonanopenfire · 07/12/2008 22:17

Happy Happy Birthday Merly - a fellow Saggitarian - you do realise that Saggi's are barking mad, have major wanderlust and love life dont you? At least thats what the astrology books always say!!

Awww I have a lovely pic in my head about your two lads now!!

MERLYPUSSEDASAFART · 07/12/2008 22:37

Shabs - You mean them giggling in their cots? Or do you mean me, barking Sagitarian, picking them up from school and them trying hard to ignore the nutter and pretend she's not their mum? Isaac wanted to see me so eagerly this morning to wish me happy birthday that he though 4am was appropriate. Beast!

pinkfrogsroastingonanopenfire · 07/12/2008 22:51

Both!!! Happy Birthday love xxx

MERLYPUSSEDASAFART · 07/12/2008 23:00

triplets · 07/12/2008 23:19

Pinkgrog.............it was Cath! She got my card and at last e-mailed me. She sounds so happy except that her son David hasn`t spoken to her for 18 months, he has married a woman 12 years older and she seems to have lured him away! I have just sent her a very long message back! It is good to hear from her, its 13 years tomorrow that she lost Nick, and 5 years on Tues since she lost Dave. She is now Mrs Connelly!

triplets · 07/12/2008 23:20

and welcome to the world baby pink snorris xxxxx

triplets · 07/12/2008 23:35

I must away up the wooden hill as my Dad used to say................how I miss him.
