Hi All,
Just wanted to let you know that I phoned Harrys co-ordinator nurses number this morning as we have not heard anything about his scan, it was an automated reply to say that she was away on holiday until the 19th! So, I then phoned the x-ray dept and asked if he had been given an appy, she said, "I have an automated request from on my screen and it will be dealt with". I said was that the request made by the consultant almost two weeks ago or is it the request from the doctor he saw last Sat? She said the only request she had is the one in front of her dated the 29th Feb! Just sitting there. So I said it was supposed to be an urgent CT scan, she then said has your husband had a blood test recently, if he hasnt then one will have to be done before they give him an appt! So I said he had one in Jan and one in Feb, thats ok then, Ill get the doctor to sign this request and let you know. No word as yet. Talk about your life in their hands! I am full of cold today and have my young man for company!

triplets · 12/03/2008 14:48

an appy?

ChopsTheDuck · 12/03/2008 14:49

oh trips. They really have no idea do they! Surely if it was anything to worry about though, they would have got in touch quicker.

ChopsTheDuck · 12/03/2008 14:55

Harrogatemum, can you help out here?

Yes keep on Trips it will kepp it fresh in their mind.

Chops nothing major really, just a jump down your throat thread OP posting about how difficult it is to get in her car while heavily pregnant and wandering if it is ok to use the p&t spaces. Of course disabled spaces reared up from no where and dominated the chit chat >

Rubes

Egg · 12/03/2008 15:54

Right, we need to set a limit to how much you lot can chat or I just cannot hope to keep up......

triplets, chase and chase them, they should get their bloody act together, it's not just a routine unimportant check.

DTs have been weighed today. DS2 has gained 6lbs since birth, DD has gained 3.5lbs. Oooggs was it yours who were very different in size too? I kind of remember you saying your DS2 was a lot bigger than DD???? She is 9th centile and DS2 has leapt up to 75th, although am not worried about her as she was on 9th last time too and is clearly just born to be a runt .

ChopsTheDuck · 12/03/2008 15:54

All three - you must stop neglecting her and buy her a hamster immediately

Egg · 12/03/2008 15:55

Rubes

I think it is all three, but get her a hamster, DS1 thinks he wants one too...

ChopsTheDuck · 12/03/2008 15:59

egg a friend of mine had twins like that too. Mine are similar in weight, but one is tall and lean the other is short and fat.

actually, I don';t agree with hamsters for children. They bite too much. Buy her a rat.

shabster · 12/03/2008 16:01

Rubester - defo all 3. Hamsters rock - according to the tomster.

Trips - keep on at them love - just keep ringing and singing 'I know a song that will get on your nerves, get on your nerves, get on your nerves.........' they will crack first

Do any of you think maybe frumpster has blown away in the wind? She's very quiet. We made it home fifteen minutes before normal - we were aided by the wind blowing up our trews from behind.

Get some chickens, great pets and you get eggs

ChopsTheDuck · 12/03/2008 16:08

I'd love chickens, but don't have anyone to look after them whiel we are away. That's why we only have fish.

Oohh Rubster I am always fretting about foxes. They worry me more than any other animal

shabster · 12/03/2008 16:22

Our landlord just came to park his car in our paved courtyard back yard for the next 6 wks!! His son, Asifster, is getting married in Pakistan and they are all going to view said marriage. I fought the urge (and managed to not say it) to ask him for rent It was hard but the Derkster looked at me like and warned me with his eyes.
