Oh that is good, it looked quite spread out on the map. He is happy to sit and watch for a bit when he needs a break. I'm defo going to try to talk my parents into it!

shabster · 06/03/2008 11:43

awwww chops the duck I didnt know about your DS - here's me (especially late at night) on here moaning about the hand I have been dealt and there's you just getting on with stuff. I apologise for not knowing and I take my hat off to you love - give him a prickly moustache kiss from me

triplets · 06/03/2008 11:47

Hi all,
Sorry you have all been worried, there is still no news from the hospital the waiting is agony and DH will not phone, thinkhe is just afraid of the letter arriving. I am off for blood tests this pm, checking for rheumatoid athritus now!! You have to wonder if the last 14 years, the stress is causing some of this, never ever seem free of feeling scared and anxious. Pick up the paper today and its poor Patrick Swayze, Tues Mail had a big page on a 7 yr old girl who died from sudden death syndrome, even mentioned Dr Sanjay Sharma who tested us and is going to test my trio this year. Everything frightns me atm, I just want it all to be normal, enjoy our life, enjoy the kids, sorry girls, could just do with a cuppa with you all and a laugh! Shabs just got in from Dover and got your text ,you are such a pal xxxx Kids had to be at the dentist for check ups at 8am!!!

shabster · 06/03/2008 11:55

trips OMG you had me proper worried.

Listen now - Lady Jane - STOP worrying. Write all your fears down and then have a look at them, there will be loads of stuff you cannot change. Worrying makes you poorly sweetheart - that could be why you are aching all over. I worried and pondered and did all the 'if onlys' after Mattie was killed and six months later found out I had stage 3 cervical cancer - my doctor said worrying can cause physical pain and to pack it in. AND STOP WORRYING ABOUT WHAT I JUST WROTE

One day at a time love - everything will be resolved, repaired and made better - I have every faith that it is all ce sera sera.

If you carry on I WILL ground you

triplets · 06/03/2008 11:58

I soooooooooo need to laugh! Just mailed you. xx

shabster · 06/03/2008 12:00

I will make you laugh and you wont be laughing if I have to ground you so pack it in. Read back through this new thread I think it may tickle you - we were slightly barking last night. sagapo my lovley xxxx

triplets · 06/03/2008 12:10

Shabs you still there? Hospital just phone, offered appt for the 13th(agh) but at 08.30am nightmare wioth the kids as it would mean me and Harry leaving here at 7.15am at the latest, kids need someone to be here, Harry won` t be able to drive for 24 hours, og gawd! She is going to try Canterbury hopital and ring me back.

shabster · 06/03/2008 12:16

yes trips im here love - calm down you nutter Wish I lived close I would take the tripsters to school for you. The hospital will sort out the appointment - deep breathing and nice thoughts. Come on trips before I smack your legs (dotster used to do that to me) stuff will be OK

triplets · 06/03/2008 12:18

I know I am being silly, but can`t stop shaking, feel so out of control ....again! Why does everything major happen on a Thurs to us?

shabster · 06/03/2008 12:21

calm love. Like I just said on email - H has to get sorted out and the only way to do that is to go to the hospital. You, unfortunatly, have to stand tall and strong and help everybody else in your family. Im afraid thats in all our contracts I, on the other hand, stand short and strong.

largeginandtonic · 06/03/2008 12:22

Oh Triplets, things will work themselves out. It will be ok.

Tigs - always knew you were a friend to the stars - its this air you have about you

Egg · 06/03/2008 12:48

Hello sorry cannot catch up. Triplets does this mean you don't have an appt tomorrow, but do have one on 13th? Sorry for not keeping up. Is there anyone that can come to your house to be with DCs so you can make the 8:30am appt???

triplets · 06/03/2008 12:49

I`m here, but must go, in need of a loo!

triplets · 06/03/2008 12:50

Hi Egg, yes appt offered for the 13th of all dates and days, everything bad has happened to us on a Thurs. It will be difficult getting someone here for 7am, and I am sooooo not wanting to worry the kids.

Egg · 06/03/2008 12:58

Yep I see what you mean, you can't exactly hide that you are going if you leave at 7am. Do they know anything at all about what is going on (sorry again if you are having to repeat yourself to me, I am a bit slow ). Is there any chance you can arrange a "treat" like a sleepover at someone's house the night before (presume this is logistically almost impossible with three children).

Have you asked when next appt would be if you could not make this one? It might end up being that you turn this one down and the next available one is at the crack of dawn and / or on a thurs as well.

Sorry, not being much help...

largeginandtonic · 06/03/2008 13:06

Trips you must go, ask a friend to help. Pass them down this way for the night. Someone will offer to help if you tell them what is going on, hard as that may be.

shabster · 06/03/2008 13:11

Trips - leave them with your mum they would run her bloody ragged xxxx

I do think they are old enough and clever enough to be told that Dad isint feeling very well and he is going to the hospital to find out whats wrong. You dont have to go into any more detail than that.xx
