Gruesome, I nearly fainted then I thought you said you had five idential boys!!! Wow that would be something!!!!! LOL

Evening all!!!

Momma have you got all the toys for Xmas yet?!! Because rumour has it our little village is running out quick. Run to Thomas Moores,no one every walks that far LOL!!

Poo on the deck Triplets?!!! Are you on a boat?!!. Sorry for not asking how you were the other night i didn't realise it was you

My dx3 little indian outfits have been made for the school play and they look adorable..sigh.........I have been making them practise so that i will get so bored of the routine and not cry on the night!!

Word has it that T.A.T is feeling very tired today, what do you think? Body getting ready for you know what!!!!!!!

gruesomefoursome · 07/12/2007 20:58

Hey tripley, now that would be a miracle in itself but you could make some fab money from it. how the hell do you cope with triplets??? I thought having three under one was hard enough xxx Has anyone else had more than one twin pregnancies in 2 yrs??? Am asking becouse i've had three and was talking to someone other day and got called a freak of nature sadley lost one twin but one survived which is my eldest, i then lost twins a year after my boys were born. Cant yet make my mind up if i want anymore yet. AAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGHHHH

FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 07/12/2007 21:06

gruesome, welcome my love! You sound like us

I haven't made my mind up about being done either. I have days my body aches for another child but it is selfish. I need to wait until my DTs (currently 3) are at school and see what is right for everyone.

Tell us, why the morphine and the pain? Whats going on there?

TripleyXmasTippleTigger · 07/12/2007 21:07

I think I have mentally blocked out the first year LOL!!! And now I have found that if you concentrate really hard you can actually block out the noise too!!!

Wow,I am amazed by your pregnancies that is truly amazing, although I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your child,it must have been truly devastating.x.x.

You are a brave lady to even think about adding to your tribe!!!! It took me nearly five years to even consider it!! LOL

TripleyXmasTippleTigger · 07/12/2007 21:09

Shit sorry Gruesome that should have been children{blush]

You'll soon find out I'm the crap one at advice, thank goodness FG is here, she talks sense

gruesomefoursome · 07/12/2007 21:10

hey, i have something called fibromyalgia which affects all my nerves and muscles and causes chronic pain, so for most of the time i am in total agony. Am finding it hard this year as i have always had my mil close by but she sadley died in june. I would love to have another but i think i will have to wait until youngest is in school 1st, have got a 75% chance of having twins again and my midwife says if i do she will retire. I think she has seen enough of me to last a lifetime even tho she is just as daft

gruesomefoursome · 07/12/2007 21:12

yeah but talking sense is boring. is more fun to talk gibberish dont you think???? I must admit i can block out the noise really easily, people ask constantly if the noise drives you mad, i can easily say no.

TripleyXmasTippleTigger · 07/12/2007 21:15

Oh yes!!! There are ways and means LOL

TripleyXmasTippleTigger · 07/12/2007 21:15

gruesomefoursome · 07/12/2007 21:18

gruesomefoursome · 07/12/2007 21:38

Isawthreetripscomesailingby · 08/12/2007 00:05

Triplets sails by and is in awe of Gruesome, you do sound like one of us, welcome on board! No, I don`t live on a boat, deck as in decking, we have two you know! I have worked my socks off today, lookied after friends very active 2yr old for 6 hours, then rushed to the shops for vittles, then picked up kids from their tutor, then made supper for everyone then spent up until 11.30pm wrapping up parcels to post tomorrow! Just sitting here for 10 mins, probably more, having nice mug of Bournvita and some nuts, sadly not choc covered, cannot find any hidden anywhere! No homework this w/end.........yippee!

Isawthreetripscomesailingby · 08/12/2007 01:17

Oh well I will go to bed, guess thats where all you sensible people are, night night all xx

morning all, Kids are being little sods this morning, are refusing to get dressed and all the stuff that goes with it!!!! Have told them now that if they dont i am going to text santa and tell him. Thy believe that more than they do phoning him. Its a bit sad really xxxx

estarofbethlehem · 08/12/2007 08:25

Hi GF (not to be mixed up with FG), welcome! I also have four but mine are all boys. My auntie had the same makeup as you - girl, id twin boys and then girl, all within four years and they are now all teenagers and soooo close. It's lovely to see them all together.

My best friend has fibromylgia and after having months of her life where she was completely debilatated, she has now got into a managable routine of working part-time, getting lots of sleep and taking regular breaks which has helped her mobility and pain.

Which leads me to ask - how the heck do you do it with four young children? She is single and loves to spend time with my kids but is always exhausted by the time she leaves our house!

Girls, think we need an extra special chair (maybe a Lay-Z-boy?) for gruesome in here...

HarktheHarrogatemumissinging · 08/12/2007 09:14

Welcome GF!! IT made me laugh about you telling Santa about your kids - I infact RANG Santa on my mobile last night when the DTs were refusing to get in teh bath!

Well its the weekend again and I am still not organised for Christmas.......anyone else?

TripleyXmasTippleTigger · 08/12/2007 09:59

Morning all!!

gruesome,it is first thing and I will not be speaking gibberish until at least 3pm so you are safe!!

Triplets i am a bit that you are not floating around on a boat!!!

Well it is pouring with rain here as Momma well knows DH has escaped to work and me and the dx3 are stuck in

I use mavis instead of Santa for my kids. She is the fairy that sits on top of our tree and arrives each year with a knock at the door(getting tricky to organise now as the kids are getting older and more nosey) she reports all bad behaviour to santa that she sees,so when mine are being naughty its a case of 'mavis is watching'!!!!

HM,haven't even done Xmas cards yet

HarktheHarrogatemumissinging · 08/12/2007 10:11

TT I havent done cards either, and need to get a move on as have only bought 2nd class stamps this year - after spending £50 on postage to Aus for DH's family presents!

DT2 just came up to me and said "wheres the bloody train tracks"..........what have I done? They have just turned 3!!

FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 08/12/2007 10:48

Momma, you are hilarious. Born to be on this thread. Thanks for washing the wine glasses, you read me so well

Gruesome, you text Santa

FrostytheSnowNorris · 08/12/2007 11:06

Helloo!
It is tiddling down here too. Didn't stop me going out on the horse though . Actually it was quite therapeutic-a little bit of "me" time.

I am about to become the meanest mother in the world and shove dd1 outside whatever she is wearing. Her guinea pigs need cleaning out, I've already given her plenty of warnings so she's got no excuse.

Lol at texting Santa. I did that last year to our home phone because the dt's were refusing to go to bed. At the time Tom Baker was "reading" the texts so it worked quite well as Santa [wink}

Back later-got lots of soggy washing to do!

Hello all and welcome to gruesome! You sound like you take it all in your stride... I will soon have three under two, can't believe you had three under one at one point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So sorry for the loss of your babies. It must have been very hard finding out you were pg with twins again after losing one the first time .

DS was up for the majority of last night. No idea what has got into him. We are exhausted, have had 4 hrs sleep, and have our old neighbours coming in about 20 mins and staying overnight. It is pissing it down so not even nice weather for a stroll round Winchester. DS is miserable, DH is miserable, I am miserable...

FrumpytheGrumpyreindeer · 08/12/2007 16:42

IT'S SNOWING WHERE I AM!!!!!!!!
