MamaBlue4 · 16/04/2013 11:40

Someone take my phone off me! Urgh! So during spout of insomnia last night, I create a post in relationship section and basically blurted our sex life and got load of comments. Made myself sound like an idiot and self-centred. Never again! Dh is annoyed but now thinks my embarrassment is hilarious. Why do I do stupid things and now I'm getting emotional. My morning sucks. I need coffee, girls!

How's everyones morning?

MamaBlue4 · 16/04/2013 13:26

Just come to say goodbye, girls. I'm deleting my account. Dh thinks it's for the best as it seems I've created some sort of controversy over the post I mentioned above. I never thought things would be taken so much out of context. Very upsetting and I agree with DH it's for the best at minute. Maybe I'll rejoin at a later date. I'm not a bad mother, or person. I just made a stupid mistake and I regret it. It's been great talking to you all.

Chopstheduck · 16/04/2013 16:19

aww, mama, don't go over one silly thread. Ask MN to delete it and it will soon been forgotten.

I've not been posting much, been busy enjoying the sunshine, but lurking still!

I'm back (previously MamaBlue4) under a different username. After what I would call an emotional, hormone, crazy PG lady moment - I rejoined against dh's advice. You must all think I'm crazy!

Hey, chops, I realise now it was a silly choice both post and deleting account. Urgh. One of those days. On with a new day. It's quite windy where we are, sun shining but not enough to enjoy it properly :)

Chopstheduck · 16/04/2013 17:31

Aww, welcome back! Smile

It's been a bit windy here too, but sunny, and had a lovely 11km run around the lake in Virginia Water. Kids came home from school and all disappeared straight out the door again, I love summer! Grin

Sokmonsta · 16/04/2013 17:32

Hello mama. I'm glad you came back even though I didn't know you had gone! Hormones hey. Must have been one of those nights for rambling as I let off steam elsewhere too.

MultipleMama · 16/04/2013 17:43

chops Oh, how I long for summer!

sok I was gone for like 3 hours. I make a habit of doing things impulsively - which I really need to stop lol Hope you're feeling better after your own rambling :) x

Thanks, ruby ;) I run to the end of the drive and that's my running done! Haha.

I didn't even had time to let off steam, I woke up to see over 50 replies mostly negative thrown at me. I'm never going on here when I'm tired again, let me tell you. Haha.

I'd love to blow off steam but it seems all I've done today is cry. I need sleep.

triplets · 16/04/2013 21:54

evening all........Mama you have caused a frisson of excitement! A day full of visitors.............one feels quite worn out:o

triplets · 17/04/2013 06:40

Goodmorning girls xx

shabbatheGreek · 17/04/2013 06:45

Good morning girls xx

Morning Trips 'hows yer belly for spots?' LOL - no idea why we used to say that!!

Sokmonsta · 17/04/2013 09:15

Morning ladies. Off to take Jen and Josh for the lovely nurses to stick lots of nasty needles in them. 12 month jabs have whizzed round fast Smile

MultipleMama · 17/04/2013 13:45

Afternoon, girls. Had a lovely quiet morning with dc. Dh goes back to work tomorrow so we're all enjoying is last full day watching disney movies and a genuinely lazy day.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!

sok ds1 screamed the place down when he had his jabs. It's never pleasant to hear their displeasure :(

bubby64 · 17/04/2013 14:43

Afternoon girls. Not been around because we are having an awful time with James's behaviour again, he and DK are just clashing all the time, and DK is at the stage that he just doesn't want anything to do with J, as he cannot speak to him without it ending up in another shouting sessionSad J, TBH, is behaving like a nasty little git, and I am at my wits endSad Angry
I am taking J to neutral ground this pm, and a neighbour, who J likes, is going to 'referee' and i hope i can tell him a few home truths about how his behaviour is affecting our familySad

Good luck with the jabs Soks, and I'm glad you are enjoying your last day Chops. ....and mama- glad you have defied your Dh and stayed., Oh, and hi to you both Shabs and RubySmile

bubby64 · 17/04/2013 15:25

No, ruby, its a lady, but she has twin boys who are now 18, and she managed them on her own, and they, in the past, were a real handful! Shes a good choice, because, as I said, J likes and repects her, and not only has she fairly recent experience of a burgeoning teenage boy, but also of id twin boys, so she talks from hard earned experience. One of her sons will also be there, and he caused no end of problems 3-4years ago, but has now come out the other end as a sensible, mature young man, so it is possibleGrin

MultipleMama · 17/04/2013 16:34

Good luck bubby, I have all this to come! I hope things get sorted for yours and the boys sakes!

I'm glad I defied him, too. It's a great support group to have.

bubby64 · 17/04/2013 19:46

Quick update. Talked to J. He was quite tearful, and has said he is sorry he has been behaving as he has, and he has said he wants to stop.
DH and he had a big hug when dh came in from work, and they have now gone off to karate together. Smile
I hope J actually does what he has promised, and does change his ways a bit, even if not totally,

MultipleMama · 17/04/2013 19:49

That's lovely news. I bet he just needed to vent everything out. How you feeling, bubby? x

shabbatheGreek · 17/04/2013 22:41

Bubby sounds like you are doing all the right things - hope everything is soon a lot better for all of you. High school is such a change....such a scary place.....and being a pre teen/teenager is so very difficult.

My brother said the hospice rang him today and said there has been a massive deterioration in my Dad in the last two weeks.....stuff is not good for him. My beloved Dad.....my first love xxx

triplets · 17/04/2013 23:04

Oh Shabs.......come here for a hug is Dad in the hospice or was he just in for a break? Its going to be tough times ahead, I feel for you xxx

bubby64 · 17/04/2013 23:11

Shabs, I'm fine, but my troubles are nothing compared with yours Blush
I'm so sorry your dad is deteriorating so fast. ((((hugs))))

shabbatheGreek · 17/04/2013 23:16

They organised for him to go each Tuesday for a change of scenery. I have taken over the job of keeping my Mam amused on Tuesdays because she wanted to go as well!!! He is not eating - he is frightened and he says he has let me down?????? When I asked him how the hell as he let me down he said 'I should be able to fight this cancer - I dont want to leave you because I know you are still broken hearted about Gareth & Matthew.'

I said 'you could never let me down - you are my lovely dad - my first love.' Told him that his Mam (Grandma Bella) would be waiting for him and so would my lads. xxx

Its scary stuff - my heart is pounding so hard and I feel all jittery and terrified xx

triplets · 17/04/2013 23:40

It is scary, jittery, unreal, sad, and unwanted....but you are able to plan, talk, hug and tell him a thousand lovely things...........unlike with the boys. It is also the right order this time, you will feel that and that does take away some of the pain. It hurts to watch them suffer, that is the worst part.......xx
