Where are you going LVB? We eventually found somewhere for our 'abroady' holiday in September... we are going here. Gawd I hope it's good - we were gagging to come home by the end of the one last year.

LaVitaBellissima · 22/06/2012 18:11

Aaahhhh the holiday, am so excited but we usually end up having a major arguement when on hols Hmm
We are driving to Italy, stopping a night in Luxembourg, a night in Lucerne, Switzerland, and a night at MIL's, then we are spending 9 nights here to then drive back doing the same journey minus the MIL visit Grin
I'm concerned the girls don't have enough summer clothes, and I'll end up washing stuff constantly must stop moaning

Am looking forward to it really, but will probably put on about a stone whilst away.
Have decided that dress is definitely too mumsy, not me at all,

AtLongLast · 22/06/2012 20:31

Oh no LadyM, I hope the job situation doesn't result in another period of total uncertainty for you! You must've hoped you were sorted for a little stress-free time when you returned home. Good if dh doesn't appear too concerned at the moment - I guess he knows his field.

You lot are a total education when it comes to shopping! Clicking the links....

Oh Lavita that hotel looks beeyootiful you lucky girl Smile
And you know the solution to the girls' clothes problem... Grin

tartiflette · 22/06/2012 22:00

Yum just checked out yours too mucky - v stylish Envy

LaVitaBellissima · 22/06/2012 22:33

Have you heard of this Jewellery company Stella & Dot? Just love it, I recently hosted a party and I'm still looking at it all, so fab!!

LaVitaBellissima · 22/06/2012 22:34

I think I want to get the Capri earrings in Coral but am not sure if they are a bit much Confused

tartiflette · 22/06/2012 22:35

I've been seriously lusting after some of their earrings for a while! So it's nice quality then?

tartiflette · 22/06/2012 22:37

Not at all they're beautiful. I love big danglies. I fancy the serenity drop ones, not sure which colour..

LaVitaBellissima · 22/06/2012 22:41

The quality is brilliant! Honestly it's jewellery porn, I literally look at the catalogue every day Grin
I think the dark blue serenity drop ones would look good with your colouring. I have been eyeing up the light ones. My friend is a stylist for them, I go round and just play with all the boxes of sparkly stuff, it's like being a kid again Smile

LaVitaBellissima · 22/06/2012 22:44

I really like the big statement necklaces too Grin kidding a sweet shop!

tartiflette · 22/06/2012 22:45

Well jel of that lavita!
I'm strangely drawn to the green ones which is a most unusual colour and goes with nothing I own. I don't suppose they take returns on earrings.

LaVitaBellissima · 22/06/2012 22:51

Think you can return everything assuming you don't try them on, just look.
I like the bigger green ones too, I find that most of my clothes are pretty plain, and I stick to mainly denim, black, white, cream and navy clothes, so maybe a colour injection of jewellery is what I need Confused
I dress the girls quite brightly, Not sure why I've become so boring Sad

ladymuckbeth · 22/06/2012 22:51

I'd like to see it in the flesh although a friend-of-a-friend has become a "stylist" for them and sadly I can't bear the girl so of course by definition it's put me off the jewellery I've also read mixed reports re. the quality. There's also something a bit annoying to me about the fact you get called a stylist when actually you are the salesperson - as though it's trying to make it all sound extra glamorous.

Okay okay, I'll stop being so cynical and annoying Grin

tartiflette · 22/06/2012 22:52

Yep love the necklaces too, especially all the coral type colour ones and that coin one although would want it in gold which they don't do.
Hm
Might place an order tomorrow
You're trouble you do realise that Grin

tartiflette · 22/06/2012 22:54

Oh mucky you misery guts voice of reason Wink
I'm ordering the big green buggers

LaVitaBellissima · 22/06/2012 22:56

Grin Mucky, I know what you mean, I'm the same with baby names, I knew a horrible girl called Poppy so I now hate the name Smile
I really like Alex Monroe Jewellry too but I think the Stella and Dot stuff is still fab and really affordable.

LaVitaBellissima · 22/06/2012 22:59

coin one?

Or this one in the sale

ladymuckbeth · 22/06/2012 22:59
Grin
LaVitaBellissima · 22/06/2012 23:00

Ooh I keep meaning to say, there is another poster called Tartyflette, did you notice?

tartiflette · 22/06/2012 23:03

Yes noticed her on an aibu or similar and thought could be interesting if anyone mixed us up... I keep a pretty low profile though so hopefully not!

LaVitaBellissima · 22/06/2012 23:08

When I first joined I called myself VitaBella, within a few week's there was a huge thread called "Coooeeee VitaBella" as I'd upset a MN long term regular BellaVita as people were getting us confused. I was polite and namechanged but thought it was an excessive amount of hooha Grin

tartiflette · 22/06/2012 23:20

Gosh people are odd aren't they Wink

Must go to bed!! Nighty night x

KateShmate · 24/06/2012 20:56

Ahh I've seen 'Tartyflette' around a few times too!

After DTrips party this weekend, we've come to the conclusion that we should be thinking about beds now.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Grin

Preferably white, but I'd just like something maybe a bit different..

Have seen:

this

and

this both John Lewis as its about as far as I've got so far.

I know the second one is a single, but preferably would like a toddler size..

Sorry to ask, but you ladies always come up with the best websites!

LaVitaBellissima · 24/06/2012 22:11

Kate prefer the 2nd one, you need to wait for Mucky she is the website queen, I love the beds she linked to a while ago, the ones that were on the floor.
We have these cots that convert into junior beds, once you take sides off, and sofa's supposedly afterwards Confused
