Lew here....Mum and Dad gone to work...just went outside at the back..Lew shouts 'Silly Andma, you cant go out just with your socks on (I hasten to add I was fully dressed but minus shoes) 'I wont be a second, putting some rubbish out!!' Heard the back door close behind me and then heard the lock being put on!!!!!!!!! LOL. 'Open this door now Lew!!' 'Do you hear me, open it now or there is going to be trouble!!' Heard the lock open.....door flung open....'Well Andma, if you will be silly thats what happens!!' All this before 8am LOL

Trips, not sure there a lot in Beccles or Bungay that I remember! We used to go to Beccles on a sunday sometimes for the big market, but I think even that has got a lot smaller. Been to southwold yet?

Had shabs, u know you can get a mini crowbar now to prise apart lego! no more biting Grin Lew sounds like such a handful. Grin

Wer're going to try to get out of the house for a bit today. Rav's fingers are back to their normal size and he is getting very bored of sitting on the sofa - problem is, he needs his arm vertical!

I read this on twitter -

The Youth of the Middle East rise up for basic freedoms. The Youth of London rise up for a HD ready 42" Plasma TV

Says it all, really! I'm so glad atm that we moved out of the city. We used to live in Croydon and on the TV this morning its horrible seeing it all burning and trashed. Feel sorry for the police who effectively have their hands tied.

Is Southwold really worth the visit, trouble is this place is so peaceful if the weather is reasonable, Thurs sounds horrendous so would want to get out but no good for the beach!

Er hello? I am on holiday but seem to be holding the fort on here......hmm

Supposed to have been my treat tonight to go to the pub, we went up this morning to look at the menu, not exactly child friendly, even sausages came with haggis mash and wilted spinach at £12.95p! So a make shift meal in, which actually was very nice, only don`t tell H that as I moan about cooking every night but somehow here its a pleasure. Nick one of the owners took me out to a local garden centre this pm, lovely plants ened up buying three to take back!I have never known such lovely people as these two, I truly do not want to go home on Frid, this place is magic.Todays sightings are
1 mink
2 owls
6 kingfishers!
Night night all xx

Dear Trips,

Has peed down all day here. I am tired, miserable and generally pissed hacked off. Your day sounds lovely - I am really happy for you and all the family. Not suprised you dont want to come home.

Today I have seen 1. Rain. 2. Slugs. 3. Suspected chicken pox spots on Lews belly!!!

Yours faithfully
Shabba xxxxxx

Dearest Shabs,
The doldrums is indeed a sad place to be, I have spent many a lonely hour there myself. What one needs is abit of luck, a pkt fags and a pint, I advocate the use of comfort food in times of need myself. I tonight have finished off a bag of chocolate nuts, and now am ready for a little shut eye. Tomorrow will be the dawning of a new day and with it hopes and dreams may come true.
With deepest affection,
Trips xx

hopefully the spots are just viral and not the pox, shabs.

I advocate a large glass of chilled white wine personally! I go off food when stressed, but will def have a bottle chilling for tomo night. We went to Isle of Wight last week and got some lovely fruit wines.

It sounds lovely there, trips, I can't wait for our holiday. Though it depends very much on whether Rav is healing properly as to whether we do go or not. He is back to hosp tomo. Bit confused tbh cos it was supposed to be next thurs, but had a sms to say he got to go up tomo morn. Keep fingers crossed for me pls!!

It's been pretty hard work, constant running around after him, since he needs to sit and keep his arm elevated. Plus he is getting bored. Have packed shay off again, as he was being a little terror with rav getting all the attention. Thank god for the inlaws, who have been abs brilliant with helping out. Today's plan is a monster session of monopoly, and somehow engineering it so that rav wins!

shabbapinkfrog · 11/08/2011 09:13

Spots gone again this morning Hmm

Angry My H gets on my bloody nerves. OK I smoke - yes, I know its disgusting, I know its expensive and I know the risks. I NEVER smoke in the house. I always go outside (in all weathers) and I always make sure Lew is not with me. Dear sweet grand-dad sat watching telly with Lew - so I quietly go out for a cigarette (always brush teeth after not that it makes any difference) he tells Lew what I am doing and then says cigarettes are very bad for you and they will make Grandma die!!! He did exactly the same thing with Danny many years ago. Sorry Grandad but life will make me die....loosing my children sometimes makes me wish I wasn't here....putting up with you makes me want to shuffle off this mortal coil.....'carrying' OUR entire family on my back makes me sad, and makes me feel used. OMG (if God exists) stop me from murdering the fucker nasty man.

Right......rant over and smile pinned back on.
