Oh Chops..........what can I say? Well the tooth is going to be extracted............its either that for £47 or root canal, apexcectomy and new crown for £209!! The crown will take 4/5 weeks to fit me in and complete, but we sooooooo want a holiday after dh result. So as much as I dont want to lose the tooth it is going, trouble is the earliest appt is the 21st! In the meantime I am on 2 lots of antibiotics + paracetamol+ibuprofen................lucky me! It the upper left tooth next to my wisdom tooth so wont show, just feel bad about losing a tooth, have I done the right thing? Sitting up awaiting a call from Becca to say they are thru the tunnel, been a very very long day.......................

Best way Trips....I have a date appointment with Dimitrias, my dentist, at 11 am tomorrow. Since I had Tom I have had massive problems with one of my teeth at the top left hand side of my mouth. He has filled it over and over again but tomorrow morning it is coming out. Of course because I am on benefits we dont get any fancy treatment - AND the tooth that is coming out is visible when I smile, but not too much - so I either stop smiling or hold that side of my lip down.....OMG I am sure I was once really attractive

Hi girls, yep grand it is Shabs. Becca got home shattered at 12.30am. Up with the boys at 7am. H left at 9am for his week away(praise be to Alla) Let Becca sleep in until 10am, took her up to school in rain at 11am, to be told she has her 3rd cervical cancer jab today............tears! Got back and post came, bloody bank has charged me £35 for being o/d. Ordered 2 belts for the boys ATC uniform, cost me £19, one is brand new and the other is secondhans, name scribbled all over it! Tooth throbbing, should have gone to town to get flowers for Matthews b/day tomorrow and badminton racket for boys, just too tired and feeling grotty. 2pm my brother phones up to say he was in town with my mum this morning and she has given him £10 for flwoers for Matthews b/day, he said............"oh Anne I am sooo tired I just couldnt get them, will you get them for me and mum".............grrrrrrrr he lives on his own and doesnt work................kids home in 45 mins so I cant go anywhere and I have all the packing to do for the boys who are off on their school trip tomorrow, I have to walk them up to school by 7am! Hs last words at 9am were.............."try to rest".................a 4 letter word followed by "off" springs to mind. Shabs hope the dentist was not painful xx

Oh shite Trips - what a load of bollocks rubbish!!

Dimitrias was a perfect gentleman (unfortunatly) he got the tooth out AND the metal pin that was holding it all together!!! I cant look at his assistant when he is talking to me - she is my age and with my sense of humour.

Dentist: OK mile fou (my friend) now I sorry, I have to put two needles in your gum....one has to go very near the tooth. You will feel two big pricks but if these pricks are too big for you, please tell me

ds3 is back to normal. He thinks his ds has gone on eBay and we have a reward chart on the freezer for him to save up for a new one!

Weird day, saw my other two boys off on the coach on their school trip at 7.30am, they will have a lovely time, they just go, no tears no clinging, proud of them. Came home and Becs was blotto, quiet b/fast, baked a cake and just had a very quiet morning until my two brothers called for me. Took me out for a sandwich with Becs, went to the cemetery then mums. Came home at 6pm, then Beccas friend came at 7pm for a s/over, first time as I can`t do it when H is here. Its almost 11pm and they have just come into my room covered in a chocolate face mask, they look so funny! Nice to see Becs happy.....................all is well................except my tooth! Goodmorning ooogs!! You have beaten Shabs!! Oh my what a night, this tooth is just soooooo painful, just keep dosing up with painkillers but they really arent doing a thing, a whole week now of pain and cant get it taken out until the 21st!:( Will phone the dentist tomorrow and plead. Bloody girls, I came to bed at 10pm and said as long as they were quiet they could stay up and watch a movie. I drifted off to sleep gone midnight and they were still up, woke up at 3am tooth throbbing and evey light on in the house! Thought they must still be downstairs but there were in bed asleep all lights on. Went down and put ev erything off and crawled back to bed. Went back to sleep............3.45am they are both awake and talk talk talk..........I know I should have told them to be quiet but its the first time since her Dad was ill she has had a friend over so I left them. They probably won`t get up to mid-day now!! Oh to be young...................with good teeth:o

Goodmorning Shabs, how are you feeling? I am still in pain, really really fed up with it so am going to phone asap. Typical when I thought with all the men being away I was going to have a nice week! I know Shabs............what is it with these celebs? Harper.......ok.............but Seven? Each to their own I suppose. Just having 5 mins rest before I tackle the ironing, hasnt been done since Thurs, being a slummy mummy whilst all the men folk are away. Must say its bliss...........if it wasnt for the toothache!

OK - half a pint of Baileys, half a pint of Tia Maria, good dollop of cream and some chocolate milk. Just using the blender - give us a second.
