Sorry, a long one!
Interesting comparison between the US income disclosure now available on the US website and the income disclosure immediately available via the UK and on the UK website.
The US income disclosure is based on 2024 numbers. It says:
69.3% didn’t receive any payment
30.7% received at least one payment in 2024 and for these FBOs the average annual earnings before expenses was $1823.88, the median earnings was $43.94.
The top 10% (733 FBOs) earned an average of $17292.96, median annual earnings were $3524.83
The top 50% (3663 FBOs) Average annual earnings of $3640.35, median earnings of $206.29
Bottom 50% (3662 FBOs) average annual earnings of $6.91, median earnings of $0.02 in 2024.
They’ve dropped the wording that implies the majority who didn’t earn never intended to and just signed up for the discount. It was always an obvious lie and the FTC didn’t like and highlighted it.
In contrast, these are the “facts” that UK bots can glean from the income statement available to them:
“Many join simply to enjoy the products and have chosen not to take part in the marketing plan. As a result 89.8% of purchasers globally did not receive any compensation or earnings (No actual numbers available).
10.2% of monthly purchasers earned a volume bonus from sales made by those they sponsored along with retail profits of 35-48% on all products sold personally.
Of the 10.2% who earned a volume bonus:
41.4% earned more than $500 a year by those they sponsored not including 35-48% on all products they sold personally.
69% of this groups earned an average of $111 pm in bonus and incentive earnings not including retail profits.
30% earned an average of $1670.00 pm in bonus and incentives not including retail profits.
Highest earners >1% earned an average of $31,235 pm not including retail profits.
Next it reminds UK bots that they are their own boss and the harder they work the more money they will earn.
Is it me or shouldn’t global MLM figures be shared globally with the FLP bots still in the MLM? Why should bots outside the US be subject to vague numbers and the fiction that c.90% aren’t interested in making money? Why should bots outside the US be told that if they work harder they will earn more money as if it’s a simple correlation?
Why shouldn’t bots outside the US not have clear sight of the more alarming, closer to the truth US income disclosure sharing numbers relevant to being part of an MLM?
